Would be great fun if people would remove the ban lines we have our ocean free to cruse but the neighbors with their 512sqm parcels have ban lines all over the place and make it impossible to sail thus our ships remain at dock.

LL homes were my worst experience, in fact I changed homes at least 20 times until I gave up and bought land. I found that in most cases my neighbors were antisocial or perverts even where TOS did not allow it. It was impossible to move around because of all of the ban lines so I just gave up on the LL homes. On the other hand buying land is addictive and I now own 1/2 a region of mainland but no more neighbor trouble or ban lines.

Best you can do is buy land for L$1 (I did on a homestead) but you still have to pay tier always. Join a group like a RP group that offers quarters but you will have to put some effort into the sim for sure.

We have some rentals for L$50 and houses that are for all intensive purposes free but we ask L$2 per prim. I think we may also have something for L$25 per week if you only need a few prims. Our sim also has a sandbox for bigger stuff and we allow residents to rez just about whatever they want in their homes while they are on the property, just take it with you when you go. IM me in world and I will see if I can help you out, I know how you feel, I did not like being homeless either!

I'm sure I could work something out for you just tell me exactly how much land or sky you need and how many prims.

We have 2 clubs and a pub on a Steampunk sim that covers 2 regions on the mainland. We have no interest in running either one of them or making any money from them we only want to populate our sim. The Pub and clubs are up for grabs, if you want to run them, plan events and host events you are welcome to them free of charge. The only stipulation is that you actually put work into them, we will not allow people to hold them and disappear indefinitely. How to make money with them? I could work something out for you prim wise but not to breed because breeding causes too much lag for everyone in the region and quickly makes enemies. Also it depends on how much space you need in terms of Sq.m.
