I know those disclaimers. They are in peoples profiles, cause those people are stupid. Yes, thats the simple answer. They have the silly idea, that they can just say "When you IM me you agress to that" and that would make the TOS disapear for them, cause they think saying you could read that in their profiel is enough. Or they are silly enough to think the right to store chatlog gives them the rigth to share them. Anyway, if they do bad with it, you always will be the one who wins, if the Lindens take an eye on the case, cause they are not in the position to make their own rules. I said clearly in my own profile, that I agree not to anything just by maybe reading it and that I don't want to have any contact to those people.

What do you mean exactly by identity? I am who I am. It doesn't matter if you use a chat to talk to me, call me on the phone or stand next to me at the bus stop. My opinions and tastes are the same. I laugh on the same jokes, I talk about the same things and I still like the same kind of music and have my favorite colours...and so on. When it comes to apperance my avatars look very often different than me. They don't need to care about weather or physiks, they simply wear what I like to see on them. I haven't created a second identity, but I also don't push my real life into peoples faces. I'm just here for fun.

No, you don't have to lose the hair when you wear clothes. Just use "add" instead of "wear" and go to your inventory if you want to take some clothes of instead of just selecting from the menu to remove one piece. Your other option would be to search for a new skin which already has hair painted on it.

I have that same trouble with many profiles. Stars, strange letters and other stuff like that all over the whole profile... I think that is a certain group of users, who has the same kind of preferences for avatar-, name- and profilestyles. I always used to refer to them with their original username, if its written in a strange way.

You should set a level for when it is enough money for you. There are some jobs around which can pay well (not in every location, but in enough to be listed here as an option). Then you have creating, which is not so easy if you haven't any skills yet, but which can pay absolutly good, when you are good at it. Then you can join contests, which is easy, but not the fastest way to make money. From my experiance I can say its important that you enjoy the things you do. Don't do it 100% just for the money.

You will need an object which animates your avatar. For movements like crawling I would suggest to search for a AO (animation overrider) with that animation included. Kneel positions can be often found in objects which use this instead of a normal sit animation. From what you asked for, I would suggest to search for some bdsm related stuff. They can be found at the marketplace and in some inworld stores. Use the search to find them. Only the maturity rating could get in your way, cause most bdsm objects are A rated and a lot of these stores can be found on A rated land.

And another good guy pretending to be better than other people, just because they are sad about someone passing away. Hey, an update from me: At the moment I'm in a shopping process for both of my accounts and at the moment. Syo got really much closer to my real life self. I made her breasts smaller, changed the eye colour and found hair that looks exactly like mine in RL. She is just a little more perfect than real me Well and the other avatar will be somekind of drow-like elf. :catvery-happy:

Nobody can read your IMs as long as your computer or connection is not hacked by anyone (not highly possible your stalker has that much knowledge and the stuff to do such thing). The other option is, that some third persons told him about what you were talking in IM or send him a coby of the chatlog (which is against the TOS). What make you think he can read your IMs?

There is no big monster jumping at you just because you are age verified. :catwink: Whenever you open the marketplace side or the inworld search, you just have to unselect adult and just use general and moderate for it. You will never ever notice that you are age verified. It is NOT possible to remove the verification from your account. Oh, and just as a further note: Adult rating isn't that horrible. YES you can sell stuff on the marketplace without using your creditcard. I don't have a creditcard (cause its not usual to have one at my age) and I made some tattoos just out of fun and offer them at the marketplace. People who are afraid of others with no creditcard info should turn of their computers and start realizing how stupid it is to suspect everyone to be criminal and cry over nearly nothing.
