My computer is a Dell Studio XPS 8100 with Windows 7 Home Premium and the new card is a LeadTek Nvidia Geforce GTX 650Ti. When I was installing it my brother didn't think it would work with the GPU but it seems fine; the only thing affected is SL. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling SL, that makes no difference.

What I'm envisioning is a a rope or chain that can bind or wrap around a body, sculpt or prim. I understand this would probably require a lot of scripting even if it is doable, but right now I just want to know the doable part.

You sure you haven't just swapped one cult for another? SL feels like a cult sometimes, especially given how this forum is moderated: For example, if a tragic event occurs in RL and those involved happened to be SL users don't expect to see that thread last long here. That, and the sickeningly sugar-coated and often exaggerated performance reports dished out by Rosedale.
