  1. Believe it or not, you just get used to it eventually because your expectations are usually amended pretty heavily as a matter of course when meeting and spending time face to face for the very first time with online friends, although maybe less so today with voice and video chat being what they are for some. But what you're describing was the same when going to MUSH meets in the 90s. I'll bet there are even historical antecedents to this online stuff.
  2. That's understandable, but for some individuals it may be because they're growing and evolving, or seeking, their authentic selves. In these cases, that's healthy and beautiful and perhaps even emblematic of some internal development. A rare and unique privilege to witness growth in a friend's life.
  3. Adapted this fully de-saturated version of my av, with monochrome outfit, and then made a black and white digital print in photoshop from the color snapshot. This was for an LEA monochrome-themed concert event around April'18 that took place mostly in high-contrast black and white. That was a magical experience.
  4. SSOC - Rieri Town in Tokyo, SSOC (73, 183, 28) This region is a delightfully articulate recreation of modern Japanese streets and environments with lots to discover.
  5. Klaus Doldinger (born on May 12, 1936 in Berlin)
  6. Really. So... the doctors, nurses, public health experts, epidemiologists, teachers, therapists, gerontologists, pediatric practitioners, surgeons, oncologists, hospitals, and the World Health Organization all feel unequivocally that a deplorably-exploitative unregulated life- and civilization-destroying deranged capitalistic system's predilections are more important to them individually and collectively than their sworn calling to uphold the Hippocratic Oath, heal, and do no harm. Can you find us some of examples of evidence to credibly support your core thesis here? I find it to be incredible.
  7. You do understand there can be no economy until the pandemic is being tested for and contained effectively and sufficiently, don't you? You do understand there would be no need for emergency payments to millions of unemployed people if the pandemic had been tested for and contained, don't you? You do understand this is not freedom, you are not free, and you are being deprived of your Universal Human Rights, don't you? You do understand all this is an intolerable affront in a liberal democratic system, don't you?
  8. What is 'real' about the 'debate' between farcical actors on a false political stage giving monologues to one another meaninglessly about the proper position for the deck chairs on the Titanic as she sinks? Meanwhile, while people give in to their basic instincts and become distracted by this theater, as designed, the enemy factions secure for themselves all The People's lifeboats and continue their consolidation of wrongful illiberal power.
  9. Did you twice not read the posts in which both are equally worthy of our condemnation? Why are you trying to turn this into some kind of partisan thing, when it is not for all the reasons? You're standing over there prodding at a straw man of your own construction. The conversation is right here. There is no need for partisanship in a one-party two-brand system of illiberal corrupt occupation and oppression.
  10. You still don't appear to Get It. Perhaps it's Stockholm Syndrome.
