Edit: the north quarter of this is gone Nice big rectangular lot, 60m x 36m (minus a 4x8 notch on the South side, visible on the right side of the image below) The size and setting of this parcel make it a great place for a home, however it would best serve as an expansion to either of the two adjacent waterfront properties - see map. In the image below, this parcel is the one with the house on it, behind the yellow boundary marker. The waterfront parcel in the foreground is available here. I can trim this to any size you like, as long as the remainder is a single contiguous square-ish parcel - like, I won't carve a triangle out of the middle for you Price will be at the advertised L$/m rate.   5. Hi, I recently satisfied a long-standing SL goal when I acquired a little piece of Boardman. I missed the sim's heyday I think, by -oh- a decade or two, but the legend lives strong in my imagination. For context, I buy and sell land now and then, mostly ocean waterfront, but this one was a deficit purchase for me - it's an absolute keeper. Boardman today is as perpetually deserted as any other mainland sim, but it's the first empty place I have found that doesn't feel completely lonely; the roots of community live on! I suddenly felt like donating tier. So I enquired about the Boardman Preservation Society with the group's founder, and then learned through another group that they have been dormant for some time. The group has 5 other (invisible) members, and I'm hoping that anyone reading this might know someone in the group and help connect me. Longshot, I know, but it's worth a try. Secondary to helping the group with tier, I seek affirmation that the little 87prim park I built is acceptable within the 2004 zoning rules, because technically I didn't exactly build a suburban house on my 256m. Affirmation will help me sleep better...

The singular drawback is that prims cannot be distributed across the parcels - the 1024 protected water offers 351 prims for your boats and dock, and the 2848m adjoining land parcel offers 977 prims for your house/garden. This package is priced accordingly. The 2 sim arrangement has advantages as well, which I'm happy to discuss with you. Asking price is L$26500 for 3872m combined.   11. I don't know what qualifies for Premium in your book, but this one qualifies in mine. Corsica South Coast location, with unstoppable view (pictured) and direct ocean access to all Corsica and Gaeta V coastal waters. Siren's Isle in the Blake sea is just under 1hr away in a sailboat traveling around 6 knots, although most of your boats will do it in much less time. It's important to note that this is not a Blake sea property by any stretch, but it is a lot closer than many "sail to Blake" properties advertised.   12. Parcel 1: 1024m square protected waterway. Wide straight access to 3 ocean sims at Brindamoor (does this little sea have a name?) and from there, direct access to mare Secundus, Bay of Space Pigs, Sea of Fables, Ice Bay etc etc. Parcel 2: 2848m rectangular land parcel, center-aligned to the waterfront lot. Good potential for a big wide waterfront house or sub-dividable into 2-3 waterfront rentals. The water can be extended into a portion of this parcel. Land area combined is 3872m with total 1328 prim allowance. I will include as much or as little of the land parcel as you wish, according to your tier needs or any other factor. The parcels are on different sims. The only minor inconvenience of this arrangement is that each parcel retains its own prim count (you still have 1328 total though). Building across sim borders is seamless, and I'm happy to show you an easy fix if you find yourself falling through the floor of your sim-crossing build.   13. BIG Parcel connecting Gaeta V North coast to Route 7. 8816m, 3026 prims. Currently terraformed as a bay/inlet, but you can have much more land (or water) as you wish. A small additional parcel can be added (at the sale price/m) to bring prims up to 3103 if desired. I'm no decorator, but I have roughed in how this parcel could be configured for 5+ ocean sailing rentals. I'm no landlord either, so my unrealized rental potential is your gain! Siren's Isle in the Blake Sea is 2+ hours away at 6 knots. It can be reached in one trip if you have the time, but I recommend a nimble boat - there are a few tricky corners. 2 hours doesn't qualify for "SAIL TO BLAKE" in the title of this ad, so please don't buy this parcel for that reason.   15. Nice parcel, ok price for the protected edge, but I encourage anyone looking at this ad to visit and plan out how they will launch their Blake-bound vessel before purchasing. Maybe I missed something
  16. PSA for general information - I visited and discovered that this parcel is now listed at L$4999. It isn't sailable as far as I could see, which is possibly why the ad was...deactivated (was it?) Even if it was on water it's an awfully long way to Blake from here. On the upside it does have a fully protected edge facing east though, and the new price is a better reflection of value imo. Just don't plan to keep a boat rezzed unless it's on a wicked chute launcher.
