  1. Ok, I have finally reconciled my decision to sell this rare piece of Second Life mainland. I'm motivated by the need to free tier for my new home expansion, and while I'd love to keep this spot because of the memories it invokes, I really need more beach in Troelstra, so.... I will be reducing the price of this desirable parcel incrementally to bring it in line with the value of similar properties. I'm not in a hurry, and the reductions will be sporadic. Keep an eye on it as the price comes down so you can grab it when it fits your budget. Remember that I will consider offers, so this choice parcel may go off the market without warning. Don't miss out! Mainland ocean frontage is finite in general, and Rare on this particular body of water. Come check it out, decide if you like it, and decide what it's worth to you. Then watch and wait...:) Starting with a L$10k reduction to L$170,000, but if you're actually reading this don't pay that much - I'll drop it again in a few days. Unless someone pays that much over market... Thanks all - Love you for being here! If you see this and visit, rezz a cube between the two signs so I'll know you were here - you'll get preferential treatment if we get down to negotiations. And don't forget the story factor in my OP!
  2. Now L$2900! I should mention that the view in the image above is looking south through protected water to the sim edge. Not only do you have unrestricted sailing, but you have an unblockable view onto Ocean/void water on the other side of the sailing channel. New pick added for clarity - wave direction and sun azimuth adjusted for the perfect sunset! This really is a cool little spot - check it out! Might want to hurry at this price...
  3. This one is now L$6000. There is also a small primland parcel available nearby from Linden Labs, so if you have the tier you can maximize use of this cool little 512
  4. The primland is now sold. This parcel is back to a straight 512m, 175 prim, so... Price drop to L$7,999 for more choices visit our is.Land office at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Detroit City/102/165/23
  5. 2304m Oceanfront on Mare Secundus - it doesn't get much better than this! Currently the larger of only two parcels for sale directly on this 17 sim inland sea. The other is tiny but it’s also nearby in the same sim, making it a good primland purchase to accompany this parcel. For clarity, I don’t own that one - I'd include it here for free if I did. On the other hand, the sailboat you see in the pics below isn't tiny by any stretch. For scale, If you visit the parcel make sure to walk the length of the boat so you can see just what kind of hippo it really is, and therefore how much opportunity this 2304m parcel actually offers. Mare Secundus is the second largest inland sea on the Sansara Continent - that giant ‘2’ on the map. It connects to all other Sansara water bodies through a fascinating and extensive network of waterways, so you can easily sail the Sea of Fables, Bay of Space Pigs, L-shaped Lake, and much more. Cruise among the icebergs or ditch the old world and sail the ANWR Channel to Heterocera and explore there instead. My first real SL home in 2006 was on Mare Secundus, on the Southwest corner of Yabune. Owning this parcel in Isora for the last few months has been nostalgic as I have explored and rediscovered the old neighbourhood. Not much is the same as it was back then, but the vibe is still unmistakably there, and unlike any other I have experienced in SL. But maybe that's just me - I feel like my SL roots are truly dug in here. For that reason, the cost of this parcel is unapologetically high since I’m extremely unmotivated to sell it. But everything has a price, and so here it is - I wouldn't have a land business if land wasn't for sale. I will respond to serious offers, so if you want it, tell me what it’s worth to you. I love you all (yes even you!) because you're here in SL, and If this parcel will be meaningful to you, tell me about it! Without a story, this top-tier parcel is priced at L$180k. If you tell a good one though..... http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Isora/200/236/21 For other top quality mainland waterfront, visit my land office at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Detroit City/102/164/23
  6. Unblockable ocean view from this Linden protected beach parcel. Float your boat in your own private lagoon, and edit-drag it a few feet to the protected inland ocean. From there you can sail protected water to Corsica's Coastal ring, and access both intercontinental channels to Nautilus. Hefty opportunity for a very light price! L$1750 http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Dark Diamond/190/74/36
  7. Sold in under 8 hours! Thanks Check our Land Office at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Detroit City/102/165/23 for more parcels like this one!
  8. L-shaped 1024m water parcel leaves lots of imagination room for home/dock/boat combinations. You could rez any 512m prefab home + any <32m boat, and still have room for a dock/boat slip (unless your boat is weirdly wide). This is a peaceful spot with no ugly amateur builds. Just clear sight-lines to open ocean. BONUS: sail to Bellisseria For clarity, this is not protected waterfront. But getting your boat out is an easy edit/drag through a screen (alpha'd on your side) as outlined in the pics below. The neighbour (wowsonice Resident) has a free-rez marina near the Blake sea, and was happy to set up a sailing channel when I owned the parcel East of this one so I could access the ocean via Rolling Waves (sim). While entry is unrestricted, I still strongly encourage any purchaser of this parcel to contact wow for permission to launch through their land. It's the decent thing to do. The little island, and hopefully the tree, will transfer ownership to you. Priced at L$1250. Hurry! http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Haeoreum/62/121/21
  9. This uncrowded 512m parcel is at the back end of an oceanfront sim, with a Protected Linden Waterway leading directly to to ocean sims in both directions. You can also sail directly toward the ocean from the East side of the parcel, as the neighboring businesses have tons of accessible water. Float your boat, build a waterfront home, or just keep it as a beach! This is well within your free 1024m with premium membership - you could own a 512m land home, and this parcel, AND pay no tier! L$7500 http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Linda/8/217/21
  10. Reduced Again! Another L$1500 off! Now priced at L$10999! Primland still available for L$1 Thanks for looking
  11. Cute little sailing parcel on Linden protected Alieni Channel. From this location you can easily sail Heterocera, Sansara Coast and all inland seas - The ANWR channel is just 7 sims of straight coastal sailing away. Perfect for a boat slip, small float home, or just your own little beach. 76 prims is plenty to keep most medium sized boats in-word. If you've been waiting to make your first protected waterfront purchase for cost or tier reasons, this could be your entry point into self sustaining waterfront living! Thanks for looking! Hope you have a great waterfront weekend! L$5k http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Plano/248/77/21 This sailing map is from my neighboring parcel in Alleni. It's the same route from the same protected water as this small parcel in Plano.
  12. This great parcel now has 1024m of Primland available. 351 more delicious prims! This brings your total up to 526 prims for the region. You could squeeze a home, a boat, and a ton of decorations onto your 512m and leave the primland empty, or put up a house on the 1024 and keep your boat at your own dock on the 512. Lots of options with this many prims Primland is yours for L$1 with purchase of the 512m land in this ad! Take the whole 1024 parcel or any portion of it according to your tier needs. L$1 total regardless! Thanks for looking!
