Ok, I have finally reconciled my decision to sell this rare piece of Second Life mainland. I'm motivated by the need to free tier for my new home expansion, and while I'd love to keep this spot because of the memories it invokes, I really need more beach in Troelstra, so.... I will be reducing the price of this desirable parcel incrementally to bring it in line with the value of similar properties. I'm not in a hurry, and the reductions will be sporadic. Keep an eye on it as the price comes down so you can grab it when it fits your budget. Remember that I will consider offers, so this choice parcel may go off the market without warning. 2304m Oceanfront on Mare Secundus - it doesn't get much better than this! Currently the larger of only two parcels for sale directly on this 17 sim inland sea. L-shaped 1024m water parcel leaves lots of imagination room for home/dock/boat combinations. You could rez any 512m prefab home + any <32m boat, and still have room for a dock/boat slip (unless your boat is weirdly wide). This is a peaceful spot with no ugly amateur builds.
