    Anyone remember this great camping system? As a camper you could increase both the L$ pay amount and the payment frequency IF you were there to pay into the machines anyway. I got lucky enough times with the bonuses and payout prizes to keep me coming back in those early days. I forget what I paid for the 8 seat system when I bought it - it was significant for me at the time - but running the chairs was colossally more lucrative than camping in them, that's for sure.

    And re: the clarinet discussion above, Buffet had a "Green line" R13 (R13 is the good kind) in the 90's that was essentially your Swingstars - grenadilla wood chips mashed up with resin and formed into the shape of a clarinet. they were super inexpensive and, imo (& others too), really really nice clarinets! they had resonance, which you don't get from any kind of plastic instrument, but they weren't stupid expensive either.
