  1. 1984m protected roadside parcel, Route 12, Nautilus. 681 prims. Mostly flat at road level, can be all flat if you raise it up a few m. This parcel is on a pod route and adjacent to a rez zone. 36m road frontage, depth ranges from 48-64m L$1900 - Priced lower than abandoned land! (0.96/m) Thanks for looking, and have a great weekend! http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Dreyfus/52/17/49
  2. Cute little water parcel might just make your day! Fill it with sand or float your live-aboard - either way 285 prims is enough to make it your own little beach hideaway! This is not protected water, but the neighbour's water is accessible for sailing to the ocean, and if you run out of prims decorating you can always rez your boat on my beach, next parcel over, and go sailing from there. Lots of great ocean sailing around the Gaeta V coast! Currently used by my landside neighbour for boat storage. Feel free to return his stuff if you buy. Enjoy looking, and have a great day! L$2500 (L$3/m) http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Troelstra/170/180/21
  3. Hi Friends, I have put the price down again - this time to L$110000
  4. Can be all Land, all water, or your choice of both! Keep your boat in-world and sail to the ocean through my adjacent protected water. I'll terraform if you need more depth. For clarity, this parcel is not protected water. You do have the benefits of open protected water through my neighbouring land which I plan to keep as it currently is - uncrowded and restful. All my land is, and always will be, free access and rezzable to anyone with payment info on file with LL. I really love this sim and plan to stay, so while there is of course no guarantee that I will always be here to provide access (it's SL...), it's a pretty strong bet that I will. I can't guarantee you sailing options through my neighbours' lands - it's not mine to offer - but both have their borders open, and have had since I moved in here. Both were fine with me sailling through when I asked. These are marked in blue on the map attached. Enjoy looking. Feel free to hang on the beach - your side or mine, you're always welcome - explore and get a feel for the neighbourhood. Much Love! Hope you're having a great SL! L$10,000 dimensions 80m x 28m http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Troelstra/117/135/22
  5. 1024m square water parcel with routes open to the local protected ocean. There are a few ways out currently - the shortest is marked on the map below. For clarity, waterways are not protected until you're at the ocean sims, and this is reflected in the low price. But even if the access properties change hands, I have encountered exactly zero neighbours in 17 years that wouldn't provide water access when asked nicely. This isn't a guarantee of course, just encouragement to be nice to each other You can enjoy the ocean sims easily as is, and actually circumnavigate Corsica if you have some patience. This means, of course, that you can reach the Blake Sea from the local Ocean sims, but honestly it's hardly worth it. Maybe do it once for the satisfaction, but watch out for sim corners. Just know that "***----SAIL TO BLAKE !!!---***" is not in the title of this ad because, while possible, Blake is pretty far. Thanks for looking - I love you for being here in SL! Have a great day! http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Seven Across/210/42/21 L$1900
  6. This is reduced to L$4750. Protected water under L$10/m, bonus ocean sim sailing close enough to see, less than 1 sim away!
  7. This beautiful uncrowded piece of waterland is a great spot for a float home, a small island, or just a place to rez your boat when you feel like sailing the local ocean. Serene surroundings make it a great place to enjoy a sunset or just bask in the uberlow lag. Your neighbour maintains >10,000m2 of open water for sailing to the ocean sim next door. Her parcel is called "Connie's Shores Open to the public", so there's a good bet that the sailing access won't suddenly disappear. Even if it does, you're close enough to the ocean sim to edit/drag your boat right off your land into the ocean - you're looking at it in the first pic. AND this is only L$999 - that's like 4 bucks! Enjoy! Love you all for being here in SL ❤️ http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Stone Pike/130/43/1
  8. L$11k drop, now asking L$159,000 Quick before the 🅱️eters get it!
  9. SSOOLLDD!! For more great waterfront visit our store at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Detroit City/101/164/23
  10. This spot has been an eyesore for as long as I have owned a nearby plot in a neighbouring sim. I finally bought it last night just so I could tear down the deliberately appalling 'art' - 64m high full parcel, full bright, 100% glow, catastrophically laggy multi alpha flickering disgusting atrocity! SL has never seen a more malevolent turd, and now it's gone! I didn't want to own this parcel, but now I do. I'd rather be glad I did though, so I'm super motivated to get at least some of my money back. This parcel is negotiable, and I'll consider any loss to be a donation toward the incremental improvement in the quality of second life for the local residents. Shine on, my beautiful neighbours! Lots of abandoned land adjoining this one in case you want to expand your water holding. If you don't want a bigger spot, you can sail through the abandoned land in a couple of directions to connect to ocean sailing. Edit/dragthrough gets your boat into the Joomos channel, giving you lots of protected ocean sailing. I paid L$2000, and I'm selling for L$2000. That's a 0% markup! Passing on the savings 😆 http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Joomos/51/83/24 It's actually pretty nice now...
  11. another L$1000 drop? Crazy! Now only L$6900 for this Protected multi-continent access water parcel That's only L$6.7/m!
