Usually I buy poses. The other day I moved into a dungeon, it was kinda conveniant because of the Halloween but I am planning to stay in it. So for now I am also buying furniture. Actually searching for something I like. And of course clothes. I decided to wear something decent, finally!, but I don't really like decent so its even harder to find clothes lol Then boots! Yes i looove boots. I have no idea how much of them I have but show me some nice pair of boots and my avi buys them! Hairs too... crazy hairs:p And for you the best thing would be, since you know a little bit of everything, to have a place where me and all other picky avatars could come and make an order, for some custom made thing. There are many people that would rather pay an unique, custom made anything, then spend too much time going through pages and pages on Marketplace or tp-ing from one place to another.

For shoes, try to wear either alpha layers or invisible prims on your feet. You can use the ones you got in some other pair of shoes. Sometimes I create socks same colour as boots (my avi only wears boots lol) and it helps. Also try to play with your LOD factor, make it higher. Its in preferences - debug. For jewelry, you can only edit the position to fit your shape. But make a copy first! And find some freebie pose for adjusting it. For butt sticking out of your skirt, there are usually pants or underpants you wear underneath that skirt so try to make them longer. Of course all this if you can actually modify those stuff lol

Same happens to me. Sometimes I see IMs in my mailbox that I haven't received inworld, sometimes I don't even get notecards, sometimes I wonder what IMs got capped, usually I need to wait a few hours for delivery from the marketplace, many times I need to send a note to the merchant, along with my transaction history, asking for redelivery. I tend to pick up every bug that exist lol, and I put it in my profile, how to contact me and that I have a bug. Hope you get your problem fixed soon..

I love to do photos! But.. Who is "we" and what kind of outfits do "we" create? lol I mean, I can make an amazing photo but if its something that I like to see on my screen. Its not really that awesome, its more that I started to count scripts after I started to visit one sim, where i got automated messages about how heavy scripted my avi is lol.

Yeah I did but I didn't find much...

It happened on Singularity viewer. I wanted to take some snapshots, my friend sits on the stand and I choose a pose. After I took few snapshots with one pose I clicked the arrow but nothing happened, same pose. So I click again, and again... Nothing! I tell her the poses are not changing and I can't do it, she says they are changing! Relog:) After relogging the poses are changing, again I take a few snapshots, and after that I can't change them anymore. This time I tried to walk, my avi is just rotating but not moving, I tell her that, and she says I am walking in circles all around the place lol. So I relog again! Third time everything same, but I also tried to teleport. I get the tp sound but I see my avi on the same place. After relogging (I log on my last location) I was not on the last location I saw on my screen! I log off and install the little viewer, now everything's fine but I'm interested to know does anyone experienced something like that?

Oracul Orga Beat AO, looks really good and its cheap too! Don't bother, just buy allready made AO;) I have Akeyo also, and yes you rezz it on the floor and just drag and drop anims inside, but it has much more scripts than others and since recently I'm trying to have as less scripts as possible:)

LL won't be bothered with our ideas lol I suggest you make some action, form a group inworld and connect squatters with landowners who would allow them to live/build/make traffic on their land. Tryilegy was great, stil is, but because its a community! I met some amazing people there. In the last year almost every problem I had in SL was solved by someone from that group. I used that free land, I even managed to get permission to build a garden at the top of one of Dotcoms towers:p It was funny while it lasted but get over it, grow up, make some lindens and rent a plot like all do:) Edited because I forgot to say that if you don't rent, you won't get your "full SL experience"

Read this post lol http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Art-Music-and-Photography/Common-SL-Photography-Mistakes-opinion/td-p/1133083 I'm also learning photography in SL If you do it right in rl then I believe you shouldn't have any bigger problems to do it right in SL too, only difference is that in SL photos need to be fixed a little. I would recommend you to go on Flickr and explore, see what others do.. I loooove it:) Make your snapshots big, have antialiasing turned on (preferences - hardware), play with the windlight settings, spend countless hours on searching for some nice poses and learn to work in photoshop or gimp:) And show your work to the world;)

Thats a great question! lol I never thought of that... What I would do is to make a 2 points on the floor. At one point I would put my avi and on other a tiny prim, make it invisible, and that second prim would be in front of my avi, determing my exact camera angle/position because I would zoom in at that prim as close as possible (first highlight invisible so i can see where it is, and then turn on invisible again) and take a snapshot of whats behind it - meaning my avi:) Edited part: I'll try it and let you know if it works lol

You need to own land in order to rezz your home, no matter the height. You can rezz for a few hours in sandboxes but for longer you need your own land. Or friends land:)

I'm not sure do you need help with how your avi looks or something else? Anyway.. First, welcome to Second life! Then, never ever forget, this is a SECOND life, everything you see here could vanish over night.Deal with your rl first, then, if you have some extra time, have fun in SL. Always think twice before you make some important decision, never trust what people say, rather look what they do. Don't be shy to ask. Go either on your dashboard or inworld and search for events - education, start to attend classes and learn what you think its important for you at that moment. Don't let other people hurry you, people come and go, at some point its not really up to you. Take your time and always do what you think its best for you. Ask:) Have fun:) Always respect that little voice inside you, its the best adviser you'll had:) Have fun exploring and learning:)

Hello junique:) Like you posted, you visit many sims, and just at this one place someone told you that your *** bounces and because of your pictures you must be an escort? So what? They are not your friends, friends of your friends or someone important. Just some people that you probably will never see:) and I guess never visit their sim. Life goes on, get used to it, it will happen again and you'll get over it in a second. SL is full of people from all over the world and noone says we all need to think or act same. And, there's nothing wrong in being an escort. Someone needs to do play that role too lol Forget what happened and enjoy exploring SL;)

Many merchants sell their outfits with photos in the folders along with the clothes. I rarely look at them cause its kinda annoying to open every folder and scroll down to the photo lol And to take a snapshot of every outfit, in a long run its a cost. I would go with save to disk option and then later upload it on Flickr or some other site. Or leave it on your hard. You don't need to make those photos available to public... But it would be interesting to see other peoples closets;) I am imagining the whole sets of photos - hairs, shoes, dresses...

Nothing lasts forever and everything is changing. I'm in SL for a year and a half, and since July I am on a break. When it gets colder here in rl, I know I'll be too lazy to go out so my plan is to go back to SL and find some interesting stuff to do. For now I am planning to make my avi really old and fat, wear tons of make up and jewelry, buy a drunk AO and act like an old drunk grandmother lol Maybe find some new job and come to the job interview like that, it will be my new rp haha
