  1. i have gone into my profile since the updated version of SL Viewer that came out like yesterday and now i can't edit my profile picks like i could in the one before the update...i think it is 'cause they changed way too many things in the new one...it really needs to be fixed since it is going to get annoying not being able to edit and add new picks...was wondering if i should file a bug report about it or not...i be amazed if it hasn't been bug reported already...but before i do that i thought i would ask in here...if for some odd reason they put the edit profile picks in some strange place in the viewer now then let me know...don't answer me with "go to profile and click on one of the picks then click Edit in there" 'cause it ain't working for me...wouldn't be asking for help if it did...thankies in advance for the help :)
  2. i didn't have any problems with getting instant messages in-world from non-friends until the newest update version and i wrote a support ticket but told to file a bug report...basically seemed that unless tons of people have the same problem then i am screwed...i did a clean re-install of SL Viewer hoping it would fix it but nope...it makes my working on SL difficult since the customers usually send instant messages if they need assistance...i have had to put a titler over my head the whole time i am on SL telling people to just send me a notecard if i not answer an instant message...it is an annoyance to not only me but to those who try to instant message me...click the report a bug thing and it does nothing but send me the same information site...i sorry but when i want to report a bug then it should work the same way it does when reporting abuse where you get a pop up that you can fill out...all i can say is that the instant messages problem better be fixed in the next update and that it will be soon...and support should have sent a bug report for me instead of me having to fuss with the reporting myself...~sighs in frustration~
  3. It keeps giving me a message that I have to abandon land if I want to downgrade from premium to basic account. I want to change it 'cause the land fees are more than I had planned on. I recently bought a bigger land of 2048sqm which according to the land use fees chart it is suppose to be $15 a month but it is saying it will charge me $25 a month. I can't afford the premium account of $10 a month if I have to pay $25 a month now for my mainland home. I have already abandoned the premium home I had so it makes no sense that I am getting that message. I refuse to abandon a land that took me a long search to find. Can someone please tell me how I can downgrade from premium to basic without abandoning my new mainland home? (by the way i miss just being able to put in a support ticket)
