I have not added or deleted anything from my avatar, still the same as when there. One of the things I have is a bangle that reports the number of scripts and the memory used by them. There was a conversation about someone having a lot of scripts running and I had my bangle on and clicked it and it reported that I was running 27 scripts at the time I was ejected. I did as was suggested and sent a note card to the person that banned me and he said I was running over 1000 scripts. That is just not possible. There appears to be a glitch in the server script reporting software and I got hit by it. I have asked the person that banned me if I could use there name and the SIM name and to send me the information saying how many scripts I was running so I can report it to LL. All I do is go to live events and getting banned from one that I like to go to for something I did not do is very upsetting. I know I did nothing wrong and I know there is a problem someplace but its not me running over 1000 scripts.

No, not even sure what that is. I had on normal clothing, some Mesh and some system clothing and some jewelry, thats all.

I was at a concert and the SIM crashed, I was logged out of SL. When I came back I was ejected from the SIM. Thinking it was the same griefer that crashed the SIM I just went back to the concert. Then I got banned from the SIM. A couple minutes later I got an IM from someone asking, did you enjoy the concert, LOL. Because of the LOL I was thinking it was the griefer that crashed the SIM so I asked why he is a griefer. I did not realize he was the one playing at the concert (I had got an invite and just went to the concert not paying attention to who was playing) and he thinks I crashed the SIM. I feel good when I get my avatar to walk in a straight line and would have no idea how to crash a SIM and have no interest in knowing. But can't the land owner look and see what happened and know that it was not me. It is a music venue and all I do in SL is go to live events and crashing a SIM keeping me away from the only thing I do would be just stupid. I may not be the brightest bulb on the tree but I am not that stupid, is there anything I can do to clear my name?

Because you increased the number of responses you most likely helped the survey more than harmed it (IMHO). And I have looked at the questions but have not filled it out, I don't normally do surveys.

Never have understood the term Toast, but no, not the main CHUI window. So I guess its the toast. And the setting worked, exactly what I was looking for, thanks.

In the Advanced / Show Debug Settings (or wherever it is), can someone tell my how to set the opacity of notices that come up on the screen. Things like automated greetings and even chat when there is no chat window open. I found the ActiveFloaterTransparency but it has no effect on these things. Would like to set them a little more transparent but can't find where to do it. Even an XML mod would be fine if you can point me to it. And this would be for CHUI, I am still test driving it and think this may help me like it a little better.

Hitomi, yes I had the wrong Starlight file. Must have caught you in between posting it because I am very careful to get the matched set when I down load. But sad to say I am not even going to try any more, this up date is just poor, really poor. I had high hopes for V3 but they keep shooting themselves in the foot, and this time it was an elephant gun. I hold out little hope for V3 after CHUI goes out of Beta. I love change, I use Nirans viewer and you half to love change to use that viewer. Change is a challenge but this CHUI is just so poorly done its just sad. I hope its just me but it does not sound like it. And I do hope that some day they get it right, but I'm not holding my breath.

OK, I uninstalled the viewer and the Starlight Skin and reinstalled just the viewer, this is what happened. Option in General, View Display Names, is grayed out and can not be checked. IS WORKING. When I click on an item for sale. I get the option asking me what I would like to see, Buy – Info – Redeliver – Etc.., but I no longer see the information asked for. IS WORKING. When Lucky Chairs announces that a letter has changed, I no longer see that information. IS WORKING. Chat now opens when I click on the Chat button. So, don't use Starlight is what I have found out from this. Will now take a closer look at the viewer without Starlight. I don't remember exactly why I started using Starlight, I know Starlight solved several problems for me in the past and I have just always installed it.

That could be, it would be nice to know all the preferences that effect chat. I removed the chat button and took it out of the toolbox again and that did not help. I did install the Starlight Skin, maybe I will uninstall it all and install just the viewer and see if that makes a difference. But thank you, at least I know it works for someone, and I should be able to get it to work for me too.

There are a lot of bad flexi hair out there, I agree with that, but its only because there is so much more of it out there. I think Perrie hit the nail on the head when he said it, looked plaster cast, and that is what I don't like about it. Well that and the price, its new, charge more, weeeeeeee. Its ugly and only a tiny bit better than first generation hair, IMHO.

Flexi-hair is far superior to the old style hair and the new mesh hair. When its done right that is. Take a look at Zero Style, after getting hair there I have a problem even looking any place else. In my opinion even the photos of mesh hair look bad, get demos and go from there, everyone likes something different.

I went to a show, lots of people there, I have no conversations on my screen. I click the Chat button but that does nothing. The Ctrl-T opens a window showing me what is being said and after a little work I got it to look... acceptable. But the Chat button does nothing, I wandered around giving it some time to “settle down”, but click as I may, the Chat button is DOA. The problem here is if someone attempts to say something to me, I don't get the conversation, nothing on my screen at all, I ignore them, or it looks that way. It looks like I would need to keep the conversation window open all the time, and that is not going to happen. Is there a way to have what is being said around you show up and fade away like the old Chat. I liked that fact that I could set it to stay on the screen for x number of seconds. I see it and its gone, no windows in my way, I know what was said but am not beat over the head by it. Why do I feel like I'm talking to a brick wall.

I think I broke it. I am homeless so my home is a welcome station. As soon as I rezed I x'ed out of all the open windows so I could see to move. Then I clicked on the Chat button nothing happens. So if its not the Chat button, how do you communicate?

Everything you have said about Firestorm could have easily been said about Emerald. And I am not saying there is anything wrong with Firestorm (in fact, most likely not) as there was nothing wrong with Emerald (until). It is just how I feel about it. I tend to go with my feelings, and that is what I have done here.

I am really annoyed that you disagree with my statement. I put it in as plain English as I could. If you would take the time to read it again, maybe you would understand. So here is what I said and some clarity too. Its all here bright as day on this white paper, now read and understand. What I said is: I don't like the way you walk, so straighten up and fly right, got it? I am Teagan Tobias and I agree with my statement.

Something like this.. I bought it as a mini-skirt but because its modify I added a texture of a nylon slip and made it a little transparent. I wear it under some of my fuller skirts that fly around a lot. The problem is that the skirts needs to have the waist up fairly high or the slip goes through it making it look bad. But other than what I made from something else, I haven’t seen any.

I do save outfits but a lot of them are saved in a folder along with a photo so I can find what I am looking for, one click on the folder and its a new me. I have about a dozen outfits saved in the outfit folder but the links keep getting broken so I don't use it that much.

I am of the opinion that when Viewer 2 came out, had there not been TPV to use, some percentage of SL users would have moved to open grid. That influx would have boosted open grid numbers and spurred on development of open grid and could have been bad for LL. The TPV, I think, at least to a small degree saved LL and SL from becoming just part of the herd rather than the leading player. But this is only my opinion.

I use Nirans viewer but I don't use RLV. But on Nirans web-page I found this about Server Side Baking and RLVa... it breaks RLVa literally everywhere where it could get broken This comment was from the middle of January (18th) with Nirans 2.0.7 release and I don't know if anything has changed from then but just thought I would add what I have seen. Nirans viewer is now on release 2.0.8.

Go to HOC Industries, very nice with color change. I did not see them on the Marketplace but they are in the store in world. Not sure what your looking for but I like these.
