loongdaeng
Recently while organizing my inventory I found Dahlia's Multirelay. I am not into BDSM and have no idea how I got it. I didn't even know what this thing was until I researched it. I checked my transaction history but could not find anything. My partner is not into BDSM and was pretty upset because she was worried I might be into something. Anybody have a clue how I received an object without it leaving any trace. Storm Clarence
I 'beat' it into your inventory! If you don't want the object then delete. It is called inventory management.

Venus Petrov
Do not give your password out to anyone. If it is not already, change your password to a 'strong' password (i.e., one that uses mixed case, numbers, and at least one special character). Sounds like the equivalent of being slipped a mickey. Trin1
You could have got it from a Midnight Madness board. There have been a couple I've seen that didn't have an item picture and the item you got was called "gift" (or some variation) in the inventory dialog. Caitlin Tobias
You accepted it - as in: clicked on keep instead of discard. Or maybe you got it on purpose and try to find an explanation for your partner, on this forum? Just delete it if you don't want to keep it and next time be careful what you accept

Rabid Cheetah
How does your girlfriend even know it's in your inventory in the first place? You both have screen sharing software, so she sees everything that you do? Something about your story is fishy here. Did you take it out, show it to her, she freaked, and then you said, "Um, I don't know what that is or how to use it, let alone how it got in my inventory" ? On the other hand, there are plenty of freebie places that have huge boxes of miscellaneous stuff, and sometimes one of the various items included happens to be something naughty, stuck in with various vehicles, houses, clothing sets, and furniture. Just press delete if it's not something you want -- don't take it out and show it to your girlfriend!
Madelaine McMasters
Hiya loongdaeng, It's possible that thing's been sitting in your inventory so long that it no longer shows in your transaction history. I think that goes back only 30 days. Since switching to the V2 viewer I find I often log in to a flurry of notifications I have to dismiss and I wouldn't be surprised if I've accepted things unwittingly because I was distracted. It might have been given to you inside a folder too, in which case I think you'd see the folder in your transaction history, but not the thingie. loongdaeng
. I know how to manage my inventory, thank you very much. I did delete it. - "part of the noob package". Very funny I wasn't born yesterday, my dear. Anyhow, thanks to the ones who gave me serious answers. I usually don't accept anything from strangers but it could have happened. The question remains why it didn't show in the transaction history.
loongdaeng
we don't have sharing software but we have a pretty open relationship. I just asked her if she had any idea what it was, Rabid Cheetah wrote: How does your girlfriend even know it's in your inventory in the first place? I just asked her if she knew what it was. I did get a bunch of boxes and I usually move everything to inventory to look at it later. This might have easily been the way I got it. Thanks for bringing this up. No harm was done but it was pretty disturbing. .After this I'll be more carfeful.
Madelaine McMasters
Welcome to the world of imagined bogeymen, loongdaeng. We (or at least I) make enough mistakes to explain most of the "mysterious" things that happen here. Whether you accepted it while distracted so long ago that it's not in the transaction history or it was buried in a folder or box, it doesn't really matter. Those explanations, like so many, are benign. Go off and have fun with your Sweetie. I hope you'll find some amusing mysteries to crack together,
