Anyhow, thanks to the ones who gave me serious answers. I usually don't accept anything from strangers but it could have happened. The question remains why it didn't show in the transaction history.

Recently while organizing my inventory I found Dahlia's Multirelay. I am not into BDSM and have no idea how I got it. I didn't even know what this thing was until I researched it. I checked my transaction history but could not find anything. My partner is not into BDSM and was pretty upset because she was worried I might be into something. Anybody have a clue how I received an object without it leaving any trace.
