Building Train Railways with SL Maintenance

A Quwstion:

Is SL Mintenance able to build RR Tracks  like Streets?

I dont have seen any rails in SL, exept at privat ground.

Yes. It could use some maintenance. There are stretches of five stations with no rez zones. Many of the signals don't work.

Rowan did answer your question. Number 4 on the list she gave you (SLRR Tuliptree Station) is owned by Governor Linden and is set to the Maintenance group. So the short answer to your question is yes.
