Name Change Updates - Your thoughts?

I think that there is a SeicherRae.Resident somewhere, never used, because at the time there was a bit of a tizzy (in the Forum of course) about people just being able to swipe your avatar name and impersonate you. For all I know it happened. But several of us did a "preventative" alt.

Do they charge VAT on the Name Change fee?  

I did forgot to add the comment that one month of Premium might have extra costs like VAT or local taxes, depending on where one lives.  Not sure if those extra charges apply to the Name Change fee though.

Premium	USD 34.99 + 7.00 VAT

I see this is my opportunity to pay $49.99 to change the name of "Dear Leader" -- but I think not. I think by having this name, that dormant account keeps a griefer from using it. 

If an an account's name is changed, the original name is unavailable for any other account and remains available for that account to change back to.
