whenever i try to login on secondlife 

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://secondlife.com/" on this server.

or when i try to login to firestorm it says 

''login failed despire our best effors something unexpected has gone wrong. please check https://secondlife-status.statuspage.io to see if there is a known problem with the service if you continue to experience problems please chek your network and firewall setup''

That can happen.  In this case, try other connectivity to file the support ticket:  mobile, friends.  Block will often clear on its own.  (Perhaps there's a TPV feature here to probe the login service and report with a nice GUI panel...)

 Clean  cache and  log in some where else. 

Make sure graphics on medium to low why you rez as you log in. 

Try the hybrid mode on firestorm over the years I switch back forth mode friend showed me this tip years ago. 

This old rebake area were people stand and rez get lag off them so when you log back in  https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Cyclops/154/146/4

Do clean check on your computer restart computer if nothing changes then try things again. 

Make sure save your stuff and land marks next time before you log off also.

I have had this issue intermittently between now and the last 4-5 months, despite filing a support ticket about the issue. I suspect it has something to do with my ISP throttling traffic to SL. I am usually able to connect via a VPN, especially if the VPN server is located in a country outside the US.

I just got this error today and I can't even log into the website to create a ticket does anyone have anything USEFUL and not just "Oh I have this same issue" because I'm starting to get really angry. I was on last night and now it seems this whole platform is blocked for me for some stupid strange reason. Ugh does anyone even still help on these things?

What does the message say when you try to log in?

You can open a support ticket with the avatar used in the forums and reference the avatar who is denied.  Also include the above message.

Not getting sufficiently specific information back on that error right now.  So I'll have to give you a general guideline:  there's often a time-based component to this that will clear eventually.  The time isn't precise but is on the order of minutes-to-hours.  If you can find an alternate path to log in to the web (e.g. cell/mobile, public wifi) and file a support ticket, that should be done.
