Styles with separate coloured streaks like that are something you often find at Truth, though that one to me looks like an older style. If it's theirs, you might find it in their discount section.

A&Y is another possibility.

well i did look thru olive and i liked pretty much all of them but i also had that 1 thing that i didnt like about all of them .. but didnt find this one

This looks like this is the pigtail part, not sure which part is the bang. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/taketomi-Aimi-Demo-wear/11828236 hair is full mod, so you can change the color of different sections.
