I wasn't sure where to properly place this but I been looking for nice homes to live in and one that could stay unde 351 prims since that would be the max amount for the different sims I been looking at to purchase from under Linden Labs guidelines for premium members. The land is 1024sqm.

It would be only me living in the home but if its possible I'd like one or two rooms at least for a bedroom and kitchen (or bathroom). I had found one from Trompe Loeli but I cannot locate it again on the sim. Any suggestions would help!

Does anyone know other places to find homes besides ROOST, Trompe Loeli, Onsu, and Scarlett Creative too? Thank you!

When that happens to me, I stalk their Marketplace store of Flickr to find the name and then area search the store.

I have houses from most of the ones you listed above.  Others that come to mind off the top of my head that I've purchased houses from, or have gone to and looked at their houses are:

Barnsworth Anubis https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/376

Spargel & Shine Homes https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/79226

By Dorian https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/18130

Bellarose Designs Furniture & Homes https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/3478

DaD http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Saint Florent/128/128/22

The Domineaux Effect https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/92702

Convair https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/79748

Thistle Homes https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/13173

For the ones that I could find the Marketplace store for, I posted the MP link so you could look to see what types of houses they have, to see if you are interested in their offerings.  The ones I listed above all  have in-world locations where you can see demos of the different houses, so if you see something that interests you, be sure to check it out in-world.

In addition to the LI (prims) that the house will use, you will also need to have prims available for furnishing the house.  On a 1024 sqm with 351 prims, I'd probably try to stay at around 100 or less LI for the house itself.  You also need to check that the size of the house will not be too large for the parcel.  A standard square 1024 sqm parcel is 32m x 32m I believe, but there could be some odd-sized non-square 1024 parcels out there as well.

In the Marketplace, on the left sidebar of the page, under "Categories" you can go to "Buildings and Other Structures" and then "Residential Structures" to see all that are on the marketplace.  There are some filters that you can apply such as LI range, cost range, etc., to narrow down the results so you're not totally overwhelmed.  Not all houses for sale on the Marketplace have a location in-world where you can see a demo of the house - the ones that do will have a link on the item description that says "See item in Second Life".  For me, it's important that I am able to see a demo of, to check out and walk around in it, so that I can see the room layout and size, and the overall scale of the house.

also have a look at Dust Bunny , Laq (not many and quite hight LI), The Domineaux Effect,(many big, but also few smaller) , Studio Skye,  Redgrave (most to big),  BD By Dorian, and at MP do a gacha search... sometimes very basic, nice homes in that category.

It's just super weird because I can't remember the name of it, and when I was looking in the old prefab area with the menu board the homes were different from when I looked the previous night.

Thank you so much for the store links & advice! I wouldn't care SO much how much the prims were or.. LI? but I want to try and be able to decorate my free plot by linden with premium! Seems to have its benefits and downfalls though!

Thank you! Also I LOVE DustBunny so much, all their items are adorable.

Initially everything was counted by prims which can be built in-world using the "Build" tool.  Later, when mesh developed with tools like Blender, outside of SL, were able to be imported in, new calculations of how much a parcel could hold were needed, and they used the term Land Impact or LI.    Sometimes you may see that an item's prim count is different from it's LI number when an item if partial or full mesh - in that case I use the LI number when I'm looking at an item and deciding if I want to get it our not.

If you can't find nice enough house with as much rooms as you'd like, you can make walls yourself and divide the space or house as you like. I did that in the first skybox i stayed/rented. Or make a skybox bathroom or any other room and add a teleporter there, i guess skyboxes are allowed. But i guess you already must know this stuff. ^^

Was first going to post about Scarlet Creative, then noticed you already had found that. :D

That's a good idea actually. I mean I'd just use a skybox but I always enjoy having an outdoor area. I mean I could always do what you said too and do teleporters. Thanks for the advice!

I was just looking for LAQ Decor on Marketplace, but there are no listings and Winter DiPrima's profile is gone. I sincerely hope he's still in business. Same thing for LAQ Skins.
