No process credit option in "manage"

Question

So I saw the video on how to sell lindens. But there is no "process credit" option available for me. Is it because I had not sold the lindens yet? will it appear after i sell them?

Probably.  It is difficult to process credit if you don't have anything in your USD balance to transfer out.

You won't find it under LindenEXchange>Manage.  It's in your Account section, up at the top of the page.

So I am required to show a utility bill to confirm my address. My issue is all I have is an electricity bill that too in my nation's language.. will they accept it?

for non-english documents then best to address your queries to Tilia directly rather than on here

it is what they ask for, i see no problem to send it.
If it's not enough, they'll ask for more or other docs.
It;s not really to control your bill, but to verify  name/adress  with a 3rd party
