On Region Restarts:
Regions will be restarted if they have been running for more than 10 days on Tuesday (Main Channel) and Wednesday (RCs) regardless of whether or not new code is being deployed, for the general health and well being of the Simulators. Nothing beats turning it off and then on again ... once in a while.

As always please plan events around these maintenance windows. However, if you are hosting an event on Tuesday or Wednesday when we're not deploying new code, you can restart your region ahead of time to avoid interruptions.

I can duplicate this too and I am in an RC sim that is currently using the same version but will change tomorrow when the rolling restart happens for RC sims.  Right now it is at 2020-05-15T18:31:37.542403 so I am surprised no one else had reported this issue yet.  It won't let me make a new script in the object but it will allow me to drag and drop a script into it.

Seems to be fixed allready. Here in Monowai atleast.

There was a temporary asset issue with the default script, which caused the 'New Script' action in the build tool to fail, starting around 10:30 SLT.  We fixed the issue around 11:40 SLT, so everything should be back to normal now.
