That links doesn't take us to the search result with all three but to one of the stores selling it. The other item in that store (yes, there are only two items there) is actually sold by five different stores.

If you check the store profiles and policies and the owners' profiles, it seems fairly clear which one is the original one and their store policy says: "No reselling with same picture or less our price. You will get reported if you do!" You might want to contact them about it.

could be .. (a) stores from one person, but 3 alts, (b) premade avatars legally resold by 3 people, (c) copybotters ..
and perhaps a few more....

perhaps ask them?

look at the contents, it's a set of items for the shown style. It's not a complete avatar as it lacks a body. It's a complete STYLE package compatible with other body brands
