Looking to rent office space

Looking for a place to rent an Office space in a modern village/mall type sim. Don't know where to begin my search for something like this. Any help would be greatly apperciated.

SYZM Tower in NTBI has office rentals. I have no connection with them, other than that I made their escalators.

There are two styles of small office type shops in the mini-city where I live. They are here:  http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Xenosaur/115/102/63     Very nice buildings. Unbelievably cheap rent     In case those might work for you.

I have storefronts for rent on the plaza in Refugio.

I also have a great office skybox I can put out for you on many lots where management prims don't count. IM me for details. Or visit the office and see the latest listings.

if you'r premium you could simply use a Linden Home as your office .. there are many offices RL that are in homes... or even at home, in a spare room.

I am not sure about this. I can't "lawyer English" but the covenant says:

"Is for residential use only.  Business use of any kind is prohibited, including parcel rental, rental boxes, classified ads or other forms of advertising, and event listings."

We do not know what kind of office this is. I would say that only a roleplay where money don't change hands is allowed. Like those who set up pubs, dance places, even a fire station, wasn't it? No tip jars, no payment.

 

In my head, and that is just me, I imagine why someone need an office is for a land rentals or something like that. The need for advertising in the office will be crucial. It was a long discussion, and store owners could decorate their homes, but not place a store advert or link to a store.

Oh i was looking to rent an office within a high end looking shopping/community center. Kind of like The Ridges, just trying to see if its the only place like that.
