we could do with a bit more information.  How long has this been happening?  have you reset your router?  Are you wireless or wired in?

This might help

What Cindy is saying is that you have a connection problem, but we can't tell much more about it without further information.  Most connection issues are in or very close to your own machine, which is why she asked about rebooting your router and modem.  You may have a perfectly good Internet connection for doing simple things like e-mail, web browsing, and watching YouTube videos, but SL demands a very steady two-way connection so that the Linden Lab servers and your computer are completely in sync. If the connection is dropping packets of data or has a slow node somewhere, you will not be able to make or maintain a connection.

EDIT:  Yes, disconnect your modem and router from the power for a minute or so, then reconnect them and restart your computer.  That will clear up many issues.  If it doesn't solve your problem, start looking carefully at the suggestions in Nalates's article at the link Cindy provided.

Is your problem the EXACT same one as the OP?  i.e. log in stops at "loading world"

If not, you should probably start a new thread.

When you say you "have done everything", please provide a detailed list of everything that you did.

And are you saying that you and 15 of your friends have all not been able to log in to SL at all since 10/20/2018?

That's just a standard email confirming they have your ticket and will get to it.  It doesn't tell us exactly what sort of problems you are having.   Please see LittleMe's questions above.

and this happens to 15 friends also?

You should probably check your connection to SL.  Using the link in the posts  above for help: http://blog.nalates.net/2011/10/26/troubleshoot-your-sl-connection/

This is totally typical of some sort of connection issue.

Reboot your router and modem.

Verify your connection speeds.  Go here:  https://www.bandwidthplace.com/ -- click the 3 lines next to 'Auto Select Server' and choose San Jose CA (that is a common LL connection location).  Let us know the Download, Upload and especially Ping values that are returned.

If you can get logged in, immediately hit Help / About -- copy that info and paste it here.

If you can get logged in, hit Ctrl+Shift+1 to get the stats window up. Near the top, you should see Packet Loss and Ping Sim -- make a note of both values and post them here.

If you cannot log in, try a different sim -- try Pooley.

If you still cannot log in, bring up the viewer but don't try to log in.  Click Help / About - copy everything and paste it here.

Try logging in to Pooley as LittleMe suggested.  London City is definitely not a good place to start with connection issues.  Just type Pooley in your Log in location on the log in screen

Then you should probably get back to them.  You have supplied us with no information about your set up.  Help - About from the log in screen and paste all the information here.
