i didn't read all there, but i would be a bit worried as creator/uploader about this : All trademarks, characters, logo's and materials are the property of their respective owners.

maybe the 4th one, becuz its directly from a game, but i got many avatars from animes and games, and there is thousands on merket and saw ppl using trademarks and games avatars..Since many ppl on second life arent into geek and nerd stuff, see anyone using avatars like that are tremendous rare, but i saw and there is no problem its just rare.

yes there is a serious problem, it's not allowed to copy stuff from other programs and import it to other games if you don't own the rights.

Doing it when you don't have a legal permission can lead to serious financial consequences in RL and banning from SL.

Rare isn't a factor in copyright regardless, any "creators" playing 'he did it, she did it' will be pulled when they're found out.

I'm certainly not an expert in copyright laws, but were I so stupid as to accept a job like this, I'd be:

A: Breaching copyrights and risk being rightfully caught for it.

B: Contributing to an already fairly big problem on the market regarding stolen content.

C: Going back on the idea that I support fellow creators in being acknowledged for their work, no matter how big or small.

Being inspired and deriving original works is great, asking for rights for use is always an option, using common sense is forever, but selling (the act of using content is another subject entirely) content without license to do so is theft and a lot of people don't seem to get that through their heads.

There's a ton of stores serving to the anime community and beyond, you'd be surprised how inspired some people can truly be - I'd suggest you get your fix through them and use the places tab under search in-world.

Well see by yorself at merketplace, there is some exemples:

https://marketplace.secondlife.com/pt-BR/products/search?utf8=✓&search[category_id]=4&search[maturity_level]=GMA&search[keywords]=naruto

https://marketplace.secondlife.com/pt-BR/products/search?utf8=✓&search[category_id]=4&search[maturity_level]=GMA&search[keywords]=onepiece

https://marketplace.secondlife.com/pt-BR/products/search?utf8=✓&search[category_id]=4&search[maturity_level]=GMA&search[keywords]=digimon

https://marketplace.secondlife.com/pt-BR/products/search?utf8=✓&search[category_id]=4&search[maturity_level]=GMA&search[keywords]=dragon+ball

if are "Illegal" use avatars  why there are thousands on sale and ppl buying and using it? some are from games and some from other sources and others they own made.

I undertand your point, but looking at merketplace looks pretty normal anime and games characters,i saw ppl using and i use too and got no problem, ppl still creating more and more and selling and ppl buying and using it.

Seems you didn't understand my point; just because it exists doesn't mean its correct - pirate software exists, that doesn't mean it has the right to exist. Whether a company wants to protect its rights is up to them.

well correct or not its real and seems the secondlife dont care about it that much, but thanks.

If SL isn’t enforcing the rules, it is because formal complaints are not being made (“DCMA takedown requests”). That is only reason I thnik you are corret.

It's only a crime if you get caught.

well how abut the sellers and the users? i saw ppl using pokemon, dragon ball avatras and nothing happen, even to the sellers that constant sell anime and games based products,i dont heard and never saw anyone being punished ,only being kicked from places by breaking their imersion.you guys say it illegal but the a grand part of merket are from itens like that so where is the crime when tons of ppl are using and buying with nothing doing about it? plaese explain if you could,on my head and for many that check the game and merket thinks its pretty commum and normal since the game doesnt do anything about who sells and the users who bought it.

Even if a "fan" hasn't copyrighted their work, it is still unethical to copy something someone else created without getting their permission.

Just because you see things in the MP that violate some copyright, if the owner of the copyright does not complain, then LL will do nothing.  They do not have the time or man power to check every single MP item.

What the primary gist of the answers here is:  You may be hard pressed to find a creator to make you a custom item that is a clear copy of someone else's work.  Heck, you will usually have a hard time getting anyone to do "custom" avatar creation anyway.
