Firstly you need to take his name off your post as that is a TOS violation that can get you banned.

Secondly, unless his messages were aggressive and/or abusive your most sensible recourse is just to mute him and move on.

If the messages were genuinely threatening you can file an Abuse Report.  You will not be informed as to what,if any, action is taken.

edited to add: this is not rape.  You cannot be raped in SL unless you R/P it voluntarily.

first of all you need proof when you want to AR somebody. In this case you don't have it. LL can try to find out if you know where it was and when.

Second is, it are only words, it's no rape (that doesn't excist in sl, you always have to allow animations yourself),the words he speaks are just making you feel bad.

Block and derender him. LL is not likely going to act on this.

you better remove his name out of your post, it's not allowed to mention names here, with the risk your post get removed, or worse if you get reported for it.

Hi Lynnie,

File an abuse report. Submit the name of the harasser and your best guess of the date and time of the texts you received. You will not hear back from Linden Lab regarding the report. If they do anything, they'll do it silently. They are able to pull IM logs between people, if you give them the time frame. That does not mean they will do so.

Airing interpersonal disputes in the SL community pages is a violation of LL's Community Participation Guidelines. I suggest you remove the name of the resident from your post. You can edit your post via "Options" over there on the right.

You have the ability to block other residents. Unfortunately, I don't know of a way to do this by name, you must be near enough the person to see them in your "People" nearby list. You can right click their name in the list and select "Block". You can also right-click a visible avatar and click "Block".

Be aware that Linden Lab also assesses the filers of Abuse Reports. Equating any behavior in Second Life to rape undermines your credibility.

I know this has already been answered and accepted but please let me add something.

Random guy says he did something to you.  Did he?  Nothing happens to you unless you accept it.  If it didn't really happen, then it was obviously a lie.  He said something that isn't true and that's nothing more than a lie.

The only power anyone has is what you give them.  So don't give him any.  Block him and he will be too weak to even try to lie to you again.
