Thank you Wolf for trying to help . .I did all: - reboot the router - change DNS (Google) and this works yesterday one hour and then never again till today - change the Region by login - removed this and try all again: in windows 7 users/xxxxx(username)/appdata/roaming/firestorm or second life/ your name - change the Viewer from Firestorm to SL Viewer and back ... - clean complete my PC from SL and install all new (realy complete with cleanInstall) And I found in all my try to find help in Web this what I past now and stop all my change Settings cause I have fear to make more broken as it help. This Problem with DNS was not the first Problem after Maintanence from Linden and here you see that Linden fix it and not the Users: [Resolved] Scattered Reports of DNS Errors on Login [Resolved 7:06pm PST, 13 February 2013] We have discovered the source of the issue and can confirm that it has been corrected at this time. [Posted 10:00 am PST, 13 February 2013] Some Residents are reporting DNS errors attempting to log in to Second Life. We’re investigating the issue.   2. Thank you Coventina, I try and it doesn't help :-/ I found this yesterday and forget to copy it here. It was clear that Linden should fix it and the User in any DNS or PC Settings .....   3. Thank you Redath, I send just this moment my answer to Linden in my Ticket that I reopen and copy this from you inside. I be not a PC Profi and be not willing to change all my settings in PC now without any way to know what I do there. Point is - since yesterday after maintanence runs it for some of us very wrong :-(
  4. Same as me now. I change the DNS with the Info and help from Google DNS yesterday and was in SL without any problems in night. Today I start and have the same Problem again like you. I get respond of my Ticket from Linden and they told me to use the Viewer from Linden and all would be ok. That can not be, I use Firestorm all the years and worked very fine. All Problem comes till yesterday Linden works on Server ... To change now anything at my Viewer, PC or anything like that is for me not the right way. I was willing to accept that there is a Problem with Connect DNS in Frankfurt, okay. But be wondering why this Problem starts exactly at this Time where Linden start to do their Work on Server. The Problem starts for me exactly at this time and be wondering what I must change now all on my PC to find a way to log in .......
  5. Well I try now Google DNS and was in SL .. not the best way cause it runs all realy slowly but I was on now. Here the Url https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using
  6. Nice and what kind of Alternative DNS are you using now? I try some different but my login stops than by "connection to region" ..
  7. Thank you for your Info but I can get all this as Info from Linden only if I can log in or if I can see in Browser the Calendar but I couldn't cause all if for me off. DNS Solve comes as Info if I try to login and this now since the last 6 hours. Marketplace works not for me and all Sides from Linden are loading and loading... that was it then. I know the weekly work from Linden but its long Time ago that I have this Problem like today and can not do anything.
  8. Same as me DNS resolve Problem .. this now over 6 hours and all I can do at the moment is to walk slowly through Marketplace cause it was down till the last hour for me too. But to login in SL? No chance. And come from Germany too ..maybe a problem that is more as a simple maintance from Linden .... idk
  9. Hello all, I try to load up till yesterday 3 Items with my Outbox and after the first 2 Items comes "initialize" and the Box load and load and in my Marketplace are only the first 2 Items. Problem is, that I can not delete the 3rd Item in the Outbox ingame, I can do nothing. It runs and runs and load all the time. I change 3 Viewer now, SL - Firestorm and another - and with all the 3 Viewer the same Problem. To work so makes not realy fun at the Moment :-/ Any Idea what happend? Hello in Round, I have the last week now this Problem: If I go in Marketplace over my Account and Order History to leave Reviews for my last purchases as Customer comes one Info from SL/Marketplace like this: "Sorry to keep you waiting! We'll be right back" But nothing comes back and I can not use my Orderside and leave any Reviews. I send Ticket to Linden and the Answer was, to change my Browser or clear my Browserhistory. But well, all the years works it with Firefox perfect and I can't believe that this is realy the Problem I know that Merchants needs Reviews and I see this as very important thing to send them good reviews. But it seems I can not do this anyway. Is here anyone who have the same Problem?

Hello to all and hope I can find here a answer Problem is: My Shop is all in english .. but if a Customer comes and is searching for one Product like (my Problem now) "Purple Tree" in german - it shows the Customer 26 different Trees from me with the same Name -> Purple Tree !!! And 1 is right, 25 are wrong and I have them in my Store with another name. But the Customer see then 26 Trees with the same name. I don't know if its "only" by german Customer so but for me is the Problem, that I see this in other Merchant Stores in MP too, cause I had checked some. And in a Shop by a Friend of mine too. By her comes tons of Cakes with the same Name but she load all up with the right Title. Anyone the same Problem? Sorry for my english and I hope you understand what I mean. If I change the Language back in MP in english - is all ok. But with other Languages comes many like this with tons of the same names Not good and I hope I become here Info what it can be.   12. Flagged Problem .. the same was by me But it was not the category - it was "G" or "M" as Mistake I'd change it and then was all ok .. hope it can help
  13. Same by me the last 2 Days! Me as Merchant: ~ Mailinfo comes between 4-6 hours after a Customer purchased anything ~ if a Customer purchased something in my store the Money comes hours later without any (Mail) Info to my Account! Me as Customer: ~ I purchased 3 Objects but no delivery - the Linden $ are away and no refund after 8 hours. This was over 1 Day ago. I file a Ticket - no way, cause no Answer Great! :-/
  14. Done! Thank you for the Info but it doesn't help. The Item-Name in List is correct but the Listing-Name is wrong. I was then in edit and there is all correct. I save all and go back in my List. All the same old wrong names. The Listing-Names are wrong and now again "CJ Summertime Garden Chair + Table-Set Red" Never see this Problem before. All was ok till today. And I have nothing change the last 4-5 Weeks. I stop a bit with working and uploading for my Shop. But thank you for your help .. I be happy for every answer and Info
  15. The Sets are old and long time in my Shop with other names. I have a Set with this Name "CJ Summertime Garden Chair + Table-Set Red" .. yes. But only one and the other 4-5 old Sets had all the time another name and I chance nothing the last time. No Button click, no reset .. nothing. And I don't know how I can change it back to their old correct names. :-(
  16. Hello, what a horror. In my Shop at MP are 5-6 different Chair Sets .. with Basket, for relax or for garden or other like this. From today they have all the same name now: " CJ Summertime Garden Chair + Table-Set Red All have this name now. And this is not the name of the Folder and my Sets. What can this be??? Has anyone the same Problem? Caren Jewell

Oh wie schön, dann reih ich mich auch mal in die nette Runde hier ein :-) Nach jahrelangem Shop ingame bin ich nun nur noch im Marktplatz vertreten aber dafür mit Sachen, die mir wirklich liegen und ich nicht ständig wegen Prims oder so austauschen muss. *lacht Mein Bereich liegt mehr in der Homedeco und alles was das Heim schön und wohlfühlend machen könnte. Garten wie Farmsachen noch inclusive und fühl mich sau wohl mit. :-) CJ Creations ist mein Shopname, doch Werbung mit Linksetzung lass ich auch mal weg, weil ich mich doch in erster Linie hier mal nett vorstellen wollte. Über 5 Jahre aktiv in SL und begeisterter MP-Fan *lächelt Ganz lieben Gruß in die Runde
  19. I hope I be right here. I have a "bit" problem with the English translate cause my Language is german. I read all the time about the Info that the Boxes ingame goes away and that we Merchant must load till the 18. day of April the low price with the new way from MP - direct Delivery. Ok, I try to do it 2 Weeks now and nothing happend. I become all the Time one Info that "Initialzation with the Marketplace failed" I wait day for day and try it again . .nothing. I should go over a Link that comes but there is Errort to open it. I have now the completly Info in German - nice - but nothing works. How should I do the Rest till 16. day of May if all should be finished, when I have problems with the first 2 Items? How is it by you all? I be very happy for a bit helping Hand here. I DON'T want a better understanding Review for the Customer I DON'T want that the Customer become fast their purchased Items, cause I love it like today if they become there Stuff ONE Day after purchase! Yeah .. I really love it! ;-) I DON'T want the old Search I DON'T want a better Support if the MP is down like Valentine's Day - we all love to lost our Linden and the Waitingtime for the Customer I DON'T want that one and the same Person can open more then one Store with many Advertising for the same Product with many "SALES OFF" I DON'T think that we as Customer or Seller need a better Help and Support for all - no never! and I DON'T think that someone from Linden read THIS here! ♥

  24. Well one week ago the next large Downtime there. Great! MP is the last weeks only good for another "Search-Part" and not longer good for Customer or Merchants. Sell or purchase? Better ingame and can it be that LL do all for it, that we Merchants must go this way? Sorry - but for me - it seems so. Thanks LL!
  25. Lol .. sorry .. but near 12 hours was the MP full of Problems and LL works at it over more hours. And now they think really that we should file Tickets and they have the Time for really good answer and Time to help for the Tons of Tickets from all Merchants and Seller? *lol .. sorry .. but this is a really good Valentine Joke from them. Ok .. and at last my Info: Its the same like by many other here. The old deliverys are now by the Customer - says my Orderhistory - but no Linden comes for it back to me. Nothing And the new Orders are delivered in short time, the transfer was ok and the Money comes near the same time to my Account. So I think, the old Orders are .. finished and I hope they are really by the Customers. I know nothing about it, no Info and my Linden-History is empty - no Payment. So, I finish now this bad day and send big Thank you to LL. Was a "great" Day. Good luck to all here and I hope your Customer understand it and be not angry. Good Night ♥
