  1. Dear Linden or MP Engineer Team What we learn now the last time is, that you say this and do that. You told us to send Tickets/Jira or join Groups inworld and and ..you send us Info about Updates and that you see us in priority on Top. You said you see good sales after the Update End of February and you notice all our Posts here in Forum and should notice that this not so and Merchants have not the Sales like before. PLE or other things not working right, Lists are crazy mix and matched like before and now we notice that Jira Parts closed more and more, again and again where all our Shots in Posts shows what the matter with our MP Stores. You maybe notice this but you closed them all again and again. I start near 2 Month ago with Messages around in Tickets/Jira/Forum and all are closed. Okay what we got now from you: an Info, that Update comes for PLE and the rest was "Thank you for the bug report! We will investigate these issues" Fact is: we had never before such a bad support and I miss the old MP Team who share the transparency with us. The Lists are mess in my Store now near 2 Month and nothing changes. You all in the Team changes things and sit it out - you maybe notice what kind of Mess you did but it seems is okay for you and if we have sales near zero is not a big problem for you. This Update end of February and how you all play with us (with our work over years, our Business and Sales) is a nightmare like we have never before. I'm missing the old Team who was at our side and not infront and walk alone!!!!!!!!!
  2. Nothing changes, MP sucks - same here. All my Lists are crazy mixed and match and makes no sense. We have no support, no help and no news and realy bad transparency - they let us over weeks alone and what the Team sends in the last Blog is for me nothing more as blablabla .. I have no trust in this Team anylonger. To have a good MP Store needs much work and time and for me is the badest thing that they killed this work and sales with Updates that none realy need. Feels like Elon Musk is sitting there .. 🤔 They had the chance to listen and change it back - but they perefer to sit it out and many of us (not all) pay the bad price
  3. All the Mess starts with this after the Update and how often I read this Post how much would I like to send it as Copy around to the MP Team! The Problem starts after updating that LL thought the Buyer/Customer get this Info around all changes in Search "from Heaven" cause how should a Customer know that this all changes? The Info in Grid Status is mostly "we are working on some changes and MP is for this time off..." .. later then, MP is running and Bugs resolved. Merchants sits after Update and looks sadly on their los sales and Customers sends IM inworld and aks why the Search is now so crazy mixed and matched. And why Merchants sales more old stuff als before (not all but many) ... and the question if its worth to make Advertise over MP and pay for it? For me - makes no longer sense and new release same. I stop to work for MP and my Store cause this is after over 14 years not longer "my store". The MP Team changes to often things that works before in a Mess and yes maybe they had a good Idea but the End shows this good Idea cost many Merchants from us tons of Sales and so we pay the Price for .. nothing.

  5. weeks ago they post about it short that People with PLE Problems should open a Ticket with specific dates when they pay for and PLE not work for them.
  6. Test some yesterday too and change the Title specific and notice the Keywords and all .. nothing changes. Idk what I can do more .. the Lists are crazy mixed and mesh and I can't follow any Idea the Team had. For me its all like it starts in mess, sorry I can not tell good things

  8. yeah this was what I mean - like 500 Houses with the Name "House" or .. 500 Jeans "jeans" .. nothing is anylonger different and to sort it out is a hell .. this can not be the right way. It must be another way too but I ask all now, is this our Part to make it more clear how we should change it and what can help and makes more sense for the lists? No, this should come from the MP Team before the Update comes or very fast after finish cause this is their Idea and they thought about it how it can be. What they told us after long time was not perfect for all and make no sense too - for some maybe yes but should I change now my Products in name with hope for a "maybe"? ... I'm so sorry for you Roxana but this seems is not the right way and I changed some Stuff like you today and yes, it shows nothing different. An Update make sense when all have a good way in future to live with this. But not when an Update send me back in the year 2009 when I start with my Store. Edit: btw Spidey Linden closed my Jira today with the same old copy/paste words (no eta blablabla) and People addet there today they comments, so it was a running Jira. Not longer important for them - again. I stop to open anything from now .. I be tired about this all.
  9. When I rename 500 Houses in "House" it makes no sense for me cause a Jeans is not only a Jeans, they got Names inside like by me with Dispenser they got special names like all the time. I can not realy follow atm how I should change them but I be willing to find it out and test. The Point was never that changes are not important or new software or or .. the Point is why should this be in one of the best Seasons Valentine/Easter/Spring like Xmas of the year. This changes/updates needs Time and when I know that this Update needs Weeks to jump back in the regular Sales, why I don't do this in Summer. Why must we try to explain here what is now realy good for us and how can we change things - this is Info that I like to got from the Team BEFORE an Update comes and that we got a chance to respond and maybe try to explain in one open Post together. I can not make an Update and let the User then alone over weeks, sorry

  12. Grid status shows nothing for today - okay maybe they planed it hidden... like important parts they changed without asking what Merchants/Sellers think about it. My Problem all the time is to understand their way. If I have a Company with so much People is it not my opinion to save only a part of them to have good sales and the rest can do what they want. I would check out BEFORE I make so massive changings who win and who not and sorry but none should lost. And when this is realy for me important like they say "All Merchants have priority top" then should I work so and in 5 weeks comes nothing - they changed, mess comes and they be quiet over this full time. Listening Enhance maybe will work now (I still delete mine weeks ago) cause yes, I think they lost much Money but the rest - I see the Mess like before and maybe it will be fixed in future - should it work then after weeks then till it runs better? Waiting near 6 weeks, waiting till they start to fix this mess and then waiting weeks till it seems it help. Its a count over tooo long weeks for something they change without knowing if this good or bad. IF they changed something like this blind in SL with Landlandlords/Landladies and they have massive Problems to got their Rent and can't pay anymore the rent or the Sims would be down - what do you think how long will it need that the LL Team jump and help and fix it?
  13. Daily check/example: I create realy much Stuff for Spring/Easter this year. Under "Newes first" in my Store are all visible, sure and a Spring Ruin Gate on Top. Under "Relevance" 5 Spring or new Items, the Rest Xmas or much older Stuff - but on Top this Spring Ruin Gate too. Best Selling: The Spring Ruin Gate again at first on Top. The rest I don't know, old or mix and match from anything. This Gate jump in all Lists on Top - yes, I notice I sold it cause it was near the only Spring/Easter Stuff I sold over weeks now and Easter Weekend and missing all other Sales. What I mean is: I sold this Gate, nothing more - the rest in my Shop in SL. I notice the badest Spring/Easter Season I ever had in over 14 years MP/Store. Never ever had this before. It shows for me clear that People buy what they see and if they can't see in in my Store the "Best Selling Stuff" or good sort Lists like before the Update comes: They go! (I can only speak for my Store) I checked other Stores in MP in search with simple Words like "Spring or Easter" and found tons of Shops yes but not the Top Sellers (I wount type names now) but I found tons of OLD Stuff in the List. But when I try to find "lingerie" all categories shows it near perfect. I change the Text from an old Item "Easter cart planter" (Title was before longer) and this old Cart jumps on top. What I mean is: it seems that short Title send an Item to top? Not important if I sold it or not? This Cart is realy old but on Top in List by me now. What should this bring? And I can not change the Title for tons of Easter Stuff in "Easter Egg" or "Easter Wreath" cause I have TONS of different Stuff like them. But not one is showing in my Lists on first sides in my Store. No Sales, no listening. And why no sales? Bad Lists at all since Update. at last: If the MP Team are bothering and like to change anything in Search (I didn't say that all was bad before) why the Hell over years now in our best selling Time? Valentine/Spring/Easter. Why not in Summer when more quiet time stands before. I be always open for news and understand that something must change and new and update is important, yes. But Hell - why in our best selling Time. All the work/creation for this Season in MP Store was for me for nothing. And that was the point why I can't be quiet and send tons of Posts/open Tickets/Jira and now we got an Update. I sort this out in another Post and it shows for me not realy help how long they see "good sales" and I sit here and notice over weeks the badest Time ever in my Shop. I let it run .. I can't change over 1300 Items in short title and btw I don't know if this realy would help. For testing is this for to much work and I let now my Store run .. and work for Shop/SL. I feel lost over weeks and it costs not only my sales no. It was hard to sit and see daily my store running in Hell and can't do anything. Happy Easter Edit: An Update should be better for all and not only for a part of them. And if this Changes from an Update shows the result maybe in weeks or months like this here, is it for me a no go to be so long quiet from the Team and special in this Times of Seasons where we had good Sales before without any problems

  15. No sorry, is okay. I don't think that they have in Mind things like this: "Valentine or Spring starts and we make now our Merchants crazy" .. No, but yes I notice this over years now that massive Marketplace Issues starts with Updates when Valentine was, Spring starts or Easter. I notice this cause I send each time then Tickets, speak in SL with other Merchants and yes, the Problem was near the same (changing something in search with Updates and this was a big problem with the Sales and Listening like now). But there was convo - they listen fast and start to change it back and all was mostly after a week then fine. This year as the Info comes "Update, we change search" I thought for myself "omg not again anymore".
  16. Thank you Tommy Linden, for taking your time to send us an Info I used a translator to understand the coming Update and sorry I don't jump now arround. Maybe the Translator made mistakes but I try to explain something that the Team send in Info for coming Update: 1. Recently we made a change to the default sort for merchant stores to "newest first" instead of "relevance." This was done to prevent old or outdated products from being the first thing shoppers see when visiting a merchant store, and we have seen increased sales across the Marketplace as a result. why they changed this and at the end comes the Mess that all older stuff was infront the Store. And "increased sales across the Marketplace" was the result? Where? Sorry I can't believe this! I checked yesterday different Stores in MP and sometimes I think the Merchants didn't notice this the last weeks but I saw very often Old Stuffs on their first sides too and tons of Demos with 0 L by Clothing Stores and I mean Tons! 2. We have adjusted the weighting of each of these factors with the last search upgrade. This is something we actively monitor and adjust and your product may have ranked higher in relevance under the previous weighting. Well "may have ranking higher" .. and they work on it in Future cause they want to have an eye on it. Wasn't over 5 weeks not enough? 3. Relevance sort requires a search term to really function in the way it is intended. When viewing a Marketplace store page or the product search with relevance sort enabled and no search term, you will get unexpected results. Oh yes we notice this. But me as Merchant open my Store side and want to see all like it was before cause it was good as it was. I don't type any Search Words in my own Sides when I check if all is fine. It was all fine till end of February. 4. If your items do not fall into the top 50k they will all be ranked the same. This is why your best selling sort may not match your best selling reports. In short, your items will only have a sales rank if they fall into the top 50k. Best selling sort has always functioned this way and has not changed. ... We hope this will be a better long-term solution than the previous relevance sort and clearly communicate to shoppers what are the most popular products in a creator’s store. This was the biggest Issue in Update for me, sorry. Small shops need how long to sell 50k from one Item??? Why changing this rank? Before was the Top Selling list under Merchant Point in MP the best and shows in Mirror in Shop on Best Selling the same good Items and People used this ranking too like the Relevance. With that in mind, we are currently working on a change to allow best selling to now index each merchant’s store individually instead of just the top 50k items. This will allow shoppers to see any creator’s best selling items when viewing a store page. Well, if I understand it right - they will be change it back like it was before. None knows when ... I hope after this long time they change this soon 5. As always, we are also continuing maintenance and have a planned release Monday April 10th to fix a bug impacting merchant product listing enhancements. Okay Monday they planned to fix a Bug: Merchant product listing enh.. .. okay and it seems the rest must wait hopefuly not over 5 weeks anymore 6. We have seen good sales results with our current changes and are very excited for our upcoming improvements. ... Our top priority is the best experience for our Marketplace creators and shoppers and we hope these changes will bring us closer to that goal. Their current changes results good sales ... 🤨🤔 ??!??!?? ... I can't remember how often I read here and inworld in IMs the words: Los or zero Sales Over 5 weeks without any respond from the MP Team till yesterday sounds for me not like "top priority", sorry At the End is this for me a big Listening with "nice Words like Flowers in a Bag" but on backside shows this for me only that they try to fix the Mess in future they did End of February. I personaly hope that the listing enhancements then work after Monday cause this seems priority first and is okay cause without working costs this LL tons of Money and Merchants los sales like hell. The Rest .. I think we need much more patient as before and no, I don't jump now around and be full of Hope. But I pray that in future the Team realize the Mess at the End that can lost our Business before they make a new Update and shows more sense at all. Let us hope the Best

Right Words thank you - same here: I design with all of me and its my Hobby, my Pashion and I feel always happy and a bit free in Mind when I stay on my Platform and think about what people can make happy with new Ideas for their Home/Garden or with nice Deco. To be creative fills free in my Mind and here to write in english is a hard way for me cause its not my Mother-Language and costs me much time to. So this is the last post here but LL should now how they ruine special important things for us: Happiness, Trust in LL, Hope, Fun, Business, Sales, the Love to create/design and kills slowly the Fun to stay in SL cause the most of us have a big Shop in SL too and the Rent for comes not from nothing. It seems they assist us not anylonger and cut the Bond for trust more and more ...
  18. We as Merchants wait now over 5 week and ask or at last pray for help. The convo between MP Team/LL and Merchants was not helpful and after my 16 years in SL the badest Conversation I ever notice. We open Tickets, Jira send Shots and try to explain over loooong 5 weeks and starts the Beginning with a Post "please make a Rollback" after the first Update end of February We sortet more and more Problems out and sends all our Infos with Shots and examples that the Bug can follow how massive Problems we have AND how massive los in Sales this brings for us. All what we get was: short answers that we should be patient, our Tickets, Jira mostly closed without any Info. We had NO Transparency from anyone what made this Problems, how the Team would fix it .. IF they fix it or not. Only short Infos - Update comes..blablabla We sit and wait hopefully .. and notice the same Bug and Mess after the last Update. This way to let us Merchants hanging down with our Mess make me so sad and yes part of angry Linden work on Phone Mobile, 20 years SL and sends tons of Infos in Mails or FB and and as Posts. They get 10 % charge for the small sales in MP from us that we have now. They don't fixed the Enhancement Listening and this costs many Merchants so much from their own Linden. The last 4 or 5 years I notice that MP Team was bothering and start to change in one of the best Seasons after Xmas for us - at Valentine, Easter/Spring and makes Update in MP/Search and it was realy always the same Mess! But they fixed it near in one Week and we forgot this little Mistake .. cause they do anything to fix this and work with us with good Convo and good transparency. This Time - we had a Mess over long long week without anything we need as Support from LL/MP Team and they do what they like to do and shares nothing with us. They do nothing to support us with public help or words for us. They make all unvisble and closed our Tickets, Jira etc beside and let us alone with all. I don't know what to do atm but I know that I can't see Linden at the moment not anylonger as a greatful Company who save there important Merchants/Customers and it seems they forget where will Second Life stands without their Customers and Merchants Support / Merchants : less then 1 Star
  19. How I understand you .. same here. We did all what we can do and none from the Team changes anything that realy help in this Mess. I don't understand something like this: MP get a 10 % charge and Charge for enhancement Listing and and .. and nothing work.. So they must have a massive Loss too and this is not a Point for them to help and fix this Mess sooner? I can't believe this realy and I understand you. I thinking about the same and work not much anymore for MP Store - more for my own Shop inworld but we all know that Casper Vendor is now SL too and is another good way beside "SL Mobile and and" to take a charge for the Sales from us in Vendoren too - atm I count on everything.
  20. Over 5 weeks ago, I start ot open TIcket, Jira and post here. I copy transparent where they said "we have no Eta atm, or be patient we hear you and notice all". I try to contact and explain with lots of Shots like many other here. Or I add Tommy Linden here in Posts with hope he talk with us" cause I can't understand why they closed Tickets, Jira all without any words. No transparency, no Info what they would do and how to help us. In the last week open more and more Merchants Jira and send Infos about: how and why we need help - nothing. We knew that the Update would come and had Hope - but when we see how the Info comes about this Update for yesterday - it was not a special Info - only that they work and fixed "something in MP". We hope that the Update fixed "Listing Enhancements" but they don't. All other Bugs are the same Mess like before too and I was full of hope too that my Listenings shows me not like today again the old Stuff from New year, Xmas or Halloween ... I ask before this all realy was a Problem here in Forum for a Rollback in one big Post - nothing. But they take 10 % from the small Sales we have at last and what I don't understand is this: LL must have massive loss in Sales too and it seems that is not a big problem for them and how they "work with us" shocks me realy. They are hard working on SL20 Birthday and SL Mobile .. but they show here now how "important" Merchants are for them. It seems we come at last .. and THIS makes me realy realy sad. The Team had Time enough to made a Rollback 5 Weeks ago as the Mess starts .. and now we sit day by day, week by week and feel lost. Thank you LL/MP-Team for this "great Easter Egg" 😌 thank you for nothing! They did this Mess in Search every Single Year in Spring/Valentine/Easter but fixed them mostly in one week. We lost at this time much they don't learn and send us again with an Update 5 weeks ago in a Nightmare again and this Time they let us alone. I can't believe it .. I can't and ask myself: why?? ..the Rollback was our Chance ... but none of the Team was willing to hear.   22. yes RohanRaven. And I checked tons of other Merchants at MP today and don't think that they realy notice all that they have more "Demos" and old Stuff on their first Sides as before. If you check under "Merchants" in MP the Top Selling List and try to find the Stuff like before at your sides infront - you will find nothing like this as before the Mess starts End of February
  23. okay, I try to explain what Arwen (sorry Arwen that I post this now but I think is very important) got as Support for her Jira (and there I post and in my own Jira diff. examples with Arwen and other, what kind of Problems diff. Merchants have) Not only for me or us, cause Merchants who don't post here contact me in SL and ask why the support from MP Team to the Merchants is this time so bad. Arwen's Jira is closed now from Spidey Linden - like my first Jira too. The Answer from Spidey at all was: "In this case, this is intended behavior" and can be read in full length here: "https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-233672 "In this case, this is intended behavior" (in this Jira we postet example about the Mess in all the diff. Listings in our MP Stores, about the Issue to use "Quick Fill", about the missing Top-Selling Lists from Point in Merchant that doesn't play not anylonger any role in our MP Stores and shows only Mess for Customers ... To read this from Spidey and that the Jira is closed - feels the same like a kick in our Ass. Thank you! @Tommy Linden again my question to you: you said "please open Tickets, open Jira..." and we did and HERE you see what we mean: no matter what we do, it will be closed!" And all we have is over 5 weeks this Mess I drop in Attachment: ten years old seasonal Stuff .... and much more mess .. loosing sales, paying charges for the small sales we had at MP and should wait quiet. Thank you for showing the badest Support I ever notice from LL in over 14 years having a Shop.
  24. dear @Tommy Linden we send Tickets (you know the answer: we should open Jira (we did and some like open Tickets closed without any info from Team), we should go inworld in MP Group/Meeting, we should wait with patience cause no Eta and and ... ) and then again the Answer: send Tickets .... 🤔 We did all, but for what? 6 day of April comes an Update, fine!. We are waiting near 5 weeks now and sorry but the Problem is not only that we must handle with this Mess, the Problem is and was that none was willing to share anything from the Team with us and showing us that we are not alone and got help on any ways. We got some Infos in Tickets "sorry but do this or that..." and that was all I checked today my Store / MP again and see the oldest seasonal Stuff I made loooooooooong time ago. None will see it, need it or buy it and from the small Sales we have, the MP get the Charges. The Top Selling List from Merchant Point is missing 5 weeks now and all Listing mixing wrong! But hopefuly the SL Mobile as new Part of Linden will run soon ... !!!!!
