I agree with you all, one day I have hope cause the rare Sales jump on first side when I check daily my Store and next day I see again old Stuff from looong years ago and wow some "new Stuff" but that is only another sort of Xmas Stuff. ๐Ÿ™„ Now are wreath and trays from Santa-Time listening. I remember in my RL Work that my Boss told me always "First CHECK and then make Update!" Okay, we all make Mistakes but this is every single year the same Mess at Valentine/Spring/Easter when the Team try to change the "search-part" and its realy an absolutly "no go" to let us sit here over loong time without any Comment. Okay, now comes an Update but I can't say "thank you" anymore cause from End of February till 6 day of April this Time was to long for us all who have this Mess, waiting and loosing many sales and at the End my trust about support from the MP-Team/Engineer/Jira-Team
  2. Okay, after long weeks now I give up to ask for a Rollback. But I notice that many Merchants comes with their Problems here or send Tickets or open Jira. And not one of the Marketplace Team was willing to send here a short Post to us. Sending any sign that they start to help us with our loosing Sales, not one! Long 4 weeks now and today I watch on my Xmas Snowglobes and 10 year old Stuff, the Sales goes more and more down .. this is so damn frustrated I open yesterday new Ticket (my last one) and got today the same respond like before from Harley Linden .. "I would like to assure you that the Engineers are aware of these issues and have seen the posts on the forums and in JIRA and they are working as quickly as possible to resolve the trouble." IF they read and work on it, would it be very kind to let us now this with a short Info here or in Jira. But in last words they told me to go inworld in Group. And sorry, I wount do this cause how many ways should we go: Ticket, Jira, Forum and now inworld? Of course I can send Posts in FB, Flickr and and .. will this change anything or let them work faster as 4 long weeks now? We had lot of Updates in Marketplace over the years and the most changes in search end in a Mess. But the longest time was one week and then was all fixed. We never said anything about this Issues and why this was so important to make an Update cause all was running fine before. But this time is it the Hell and sorry, 1 Month waiting and loosing Sales is a Nightmare and trusting the MP-Team/Engineer is like the Sales now: Z e r o

  4. I'm tired slowly with all this Mess in MP .. I upload some Minutes ago 2 new Items (Vase cream with Flowers and same in grey). The cream vase is under News in my Store the 2nd one not. But both are in my Store when I go in search and try to find them with the full name. Customer can see under "Newest first" only the cream one. This kills slowly all .. incl. my Patience. Every day comes more Issues ... I have now Idea what now is happen again ......... Important point for: When Customer use in search "news" in Store what they maybe realy see, cause under "Marketplace -> see all categories -> under search then Age newest first" is the Vase in cream from me listening but not the 2nd one in grey ...

  6. When Marketplace take a charge from the Sales - is it so wrong to trust them that the Team do their best and fix fast the Mess they did with the Update 3 weeks ago? We speak here about THREE long weeks and that this Problem is every year the last 3 or 4 years at the same time between Valentine/Easter/Spring. I think this is a long time to learn from the old mistakes but they try to change the search every Year at the same time and learn nothing about it. And now no Eta ... 3 weeks ... and I go then and join Events with much work AND must pay about it! The most Events want that Joiner pay for a Spot what absolutly okay and fair is. But why should I work more now when LL Marketplace Team is not willing to fixed their own Mistakes?? They lost Sales too but it seems not realy happen for them .. but for many Merchants costs this lost a lot!

New open Jira from yesterday: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-233609 Daily MP Check and notice new Issue: List of Best Selling List in my Store at MP and the Relevance Side in Store are complete the same! Not one of the Top from Best Sellers are listening (Top 3 from me only copy from today as Example from hundrets) The Objects there are listen, are the Items I sold one day ago. They are showing now in both Lists exactly on same Place. I open my Top Selling List under Merchant in MP and show here the last 3 Items for Example and not one is showing in MP in my Lists. THIS is what I try to say the long time now. Mixed Mess. How many Examples need the MP Team to see this Problem and start to fix it? And the List (Top Selling List) shows how much People click the Stuff (Time viewed) and they will not do this only in Search under "News". They go in Store Side and saw the Stuff as listening best Sale / Relevance and then touch and look at the Item for more Info and - maybe buy then! And THIS is no longer possible after the Update End of February, stop then the Sales cause there are no longer available in the Lists.

Maybe hard to understand for some but the missing Number of Sales and bad mixed in the sorting under Best Sales or Top Sales is the biggest Problem at all and can't show the right Stuff under Searches - not important what you try to type in search. Important and a Issue is what MeshPromo clear says in his Post and I agree 100 %
  10. MeshPromo - same here and I try to explain it again, I be not tired about it atm it goes NOT only about "how to search" *looks to Rowan ... In the long time now I try to explain that by me as Merchant is the Best Selling List not the same in Store as under Merchants in my Top Seller List. They are both complete confuse and Different. I have under Merchant in Best Seller List tons of Stuff that I sold over years and should be like before when I open my Side in Store on first side and shows the BEST Sellings. This is not anymore after the last Update End of February. Same with listening News and and .. the Lists are all different - BUT they used to reflect the same items in the Merchant Top Sellers chart. The Top Sellers chart has not changed, but the order in the store no longer matches it. What comes? Sales goes down and not only by me - so when will LL/Marketplace Team fix this and make it correct how it was before the Update changes all in a Mess Maybe some will now understand that this wrong listening goes deeper as only speak about "blue and Shirt" .. here it goes deep in the Top Sales over long years that will be no longer public and all what shows are lists with a Mix of old and out of seasons Stuff or Stuff that I sell at last Years ago and are old and not anylonger on Top.
  11. I know Rowan and I know my Store and sides. You prefer "news" okay but what I mean had nothing to do with News cause what I mean is when I log in and open my Store Side is for me important to see my Top Sellers and not one of the Top Sellers is listening. This Stuff is a point to what People see if they go in Stores when they only search the Name or Store and want to look what is this Store selling. And all they see is one Spring Item and the rest very very old Stuff. My Top Sellers starts with complete different Items in the List in Pic. Under Merchant - my Top Sellers listen - are the right Items that I had over years in Top Selling and showing on Page before the Update was. It goes here not only about "searching" in News or Relevance like you think. The Lists in the serveral Points are complete crazy and not anymore before the Update was. I open my Store and see complete old Stuff, if you was there you have see this and this was not before the Update was. We can speak tons of days how Merchants or Customers like to search .. you prefer this, other prefer other ways ... but at the end is my Wish that I want it back as it was before the Update with the right Listening in all Points from my Items.
  12. I agree Arwen and think if Relevance using in search or not is not realy important and change nothing. I look now 2 Weeks on my Xmas Wreath, Xmas Cakes and Snowman and all the Top Sales are away over 14 days now. The Top Sales in my Store should be "spring/easter" IF we or Customer can see this as List - but there is not one. My question from first day of this issue is: Where from hell comes this old stuff in listening, who need this and why is it so?! And why read all this from LL and notice it of course and do nothing? When I search in MP I go on first side/MP and "best selling Products" .. there are the Top Sales but in own Shop is this missing and a realy big problem - I have there atm no Top Sales! On Search at my Store under "Best selling" are most soooo old Items now and when I went under Merchant Homes at my Side and "Top Selling Products" are the right ones and all this nice Stuff should be stand on Top under Relevance. This is very important - okay maybe not for all - but its fact that the Sales are down after Update over 2 weeks now and sorry for me is clear that without Top Sales in List, Customer goes other ways to buy their Stuff. I see that I sell atm only in Shop inworld and this is the first time that I sell there more as in MP in all the long years. This should be okay and then I think - okay, maybe later comes charge for sales from Vendor inworld like in MP with the 10 % for LL ... is this then okay for you all too? .. Only question sorry, I think about all what can maybe happen ...
  13. I agree, yes it is! And its a nightmare that the last Blogpost about "Search-Problem" was now 5 Days ago and what happen? Relevance is bad like before - the Sales are near zero .. and we speak about 2 long weeks now

  15. Arwen, I hope its okay that I copy some parts from this important post from you in a new but last Ticket from me now to Linden. My Language is german and maybe I've found not the right words but you got the point at all in your post and I was very happy to see this. Thank you for this Post
  16. I agree with Arwen and I try to explain exactly this Problem with "Relevance" in Tickets, Jira and today in Ticket again - incl. a Shot of my first side from the Store in MP. This shows exactly too what customers see when they don't go over search. They visit the Shop and look what is actuell nice and not out of seasons like the Stuff atm with Halloween and Xmas. They see Punch-Bowl or freaky stuff with Pumpkins from last year - went back and will this side not visit again. Cause they DON'T know what is happen. The most Customers and Merchants don't watch here in Forum, most don't know to send a ticket or a Jira .. they sit it out and wait. Today I send my last Ticket to Tommy Linden with the same Shot from my Store as before - new Date of course but same old Stuff like before at Listening. When the Team of Marketplace not realy understand whats happen after their last Update at first day of March and read here 2 Weeks now how we try to call to help us - then sorry that I must say that they make updates and have not enough knowledge. We need a Rollback, but I be tired to send this daily here in tons of Posts .. if Linden don't want to help and repair the MP Listening "Relevance" .. than they accept sales like zero and they time will shows how many stores will shut their doors. We all must pay our Tier and we all have to pay 10 % in MP for our sales and and ... how should this go when the MP ruins the sales. .... and closed Tickets or Jira is the respond of all .. I be so damn frustrated of this all. They read but don't understand or they read and notice all ... and sit it out?! .. "Happy Shopping" as last words from LL in Blog, Posts, Tickets or Jira as respond, this kills me slowly
  17. Its all so frustrated that LL need so long for fixing something in MP. They can change it in 1 Sec from good to bad but need near 2 weeks to listen what happen and how bad this Update goes in the sales - and do nothing. I remember, 2022 or 2021 that each year had near the same Problem at same time. Valentine Sales goes down, Easter Sales gone to zero - and each time was it why LL changes the searches and Work end with tons of Issues for Customers/Merchants. I don't know why they try to make Updates and never check BEFORE if this will be good or bad for us. And when the Mess kills us, they need loooooooooooong time to fix it. I be tired to send Tickets with all the same Wish over long time now to make a Rollback please. Why need this so long, why is it so hard to make a check before the Update goes on - sometimes I think they "play and see" and when sales goes down - ***** happen. But I thought LL earn from the sales in MP too and don't will lost them too. Something work here very bad ... and LL still need again tooooooooooo long to fix this Mess. If this would be not so sad I would laugh so much when I see every day my Winter Punch Bowl under Relevance on first side beside Snow Globes and Xmas Wreath .... ๐Ÿ˜•

Wrong Marketplace Listening, no sales, bad working search, old Stuff listening and and .. we send tickets, jira (mine all closed now from Linden) and all we hear this in Blog "we notice this, no eta atm and LL will be work on it in coming days ... oh and "Happy Shopping and good Sales" ...

When Customers/Merchants went in MP they will see the relevance list from Stores at first and is very important how this list appear for all. When this list is full with tons of older items and shows "Xmas or Halloween" like now in the "Spring-Time" is it a Mess for us. In Update Blogg from LL stands now: in coming days we will changing .. In coming days ... sorry but this Issue in the List should be changing better yesterday as tomorrow and need to be fixed on first point. What were you doing when it happened? LL says: Happy Shopping and selling in the last blog okay, when this happend after the last Update the Sales are like zero. In over 10 years I had my store in MP is this the first time that I sell more inworld as in MP and I be not the only one - tons of other Store-Owner in MP have the same problem. What were you expecting to happen instead? After this Mess in the List is nothing like before - it should be fix not "in the coming days" Update from an Update ...
