The most part what let me be angry is: - they get 5% from every delivered Item - from our Stuff and we speak about many Linden if we have a Look at all Merchants - they get many Linden if Merchents makes Advertising in MP - 299 till near 1k for one Week ( or more? ) .. And the Support is horrorable If you file a ticket about all old undelivery Problems - it comes all the time the same Answer: rezz your box, make new update and go on .. Sure, its ok but if we file plenty of same Tickets with the same problems - it comes all the time the same Answer I stopp from now all my Advertising for special Stuff in MP and they get nothing more for "specials" from me. This day shows Linden what they think about the Merchants and Customer. Nothing. Near 12 Hours Problems or Page down - sorry, that can not be and I look now really for a Shop ingame again. It must be, cause Linden is not a help for Seller. What a bad day and be so sorry for all the Customer who wait for their Gifts ..... well ... thank you Linden!

Same by me. 7 Items delivered (a small part from the large open Pack) and I see only from 2 Items the Linden in my Account History That can not be and is not the first time, that the Magic Box send Items to Customer and the Merchant becomes not at the same Time the Linden for it, cause the Customer had payed. I know they work on it but .. how long? Its from starting in the New Year and the Issues will be more and more and more.....
  3. Right in time to buy Stuff? Fine but if the Marketplace is down like now all the time .. how should it works? ;-)
  4. It seems they work at it: The Status "queued" by me change now in "being delivered" Ok, we will see cause my Box send me no Info at the moment

  6. queued - means that the Stuff is on the way to the Customer. No Payment to Merchant at the moment and if the Stuff is later realy on the way .. it will be delivered. That was what I read about "queued" .. but how long and how many hours it needs - no Idea, no Info, nothing. Its ok if Linden works and most it is a "must be" .. but its not human for all on a Day where many Customer are at Marketplace and need a Gift for Valentine's day. I can't believe it .. sorry and I'm realy angry .. and be not alone with it :-(
  7. "Nice" to see all the Problems in Marketplace and its more "nice" that they make at Valentine's Time a big Update and more Problems for Merchants and Customer. I can understand that more and more customer go ingame and buy there Stuff there. Thank you - Linden! I wait for the next big Work and think it comes ..Easter ;-)
  8. I know that Beta Launch must be but at them moment I hate the chaos! Customer purchased Stuff, payed, recieved and the only thing I see as Merchant is one small Info in Chat. No Money in Transfer (The Customer must had payes cause Linden deliver the Items) No Info in any Mails No Delivery Info in Order History - there is it at the moment open for delivery but the Customer had the Stuff in his home more Hours ago. Sorry for my bad english but this Problems are only till this Week and I have Problems to listen at all what is open for paying and what is delivery and what is open for delivery. I need to be online if Customers send me IM with questions. Is this the new way in the future or will help come and make soon all better? I think and hope that I have not alone this problems Thank you and happy Weekend **Edit: 10 min after this Post here I become all the Infos in Mail, I have my Linden for all what I sell and .. I become all my Stuff that I purchased from other Creator/Seller for myself. Luck? Accident? .. not important ..I have now all but just wondering if all comes after I send here the Post. *smile
