  1. UPDATE: deleting 14000 + items in my inventory solved the time out issue. Looks like my alt is going to have open a store at some point as well while this avi's store sells out of products...sigh.
  2. search under merchant stores...it's huge 14k. I was assured that it's not a problem having that much in the store. But, I am wondering if that is part of problem....sigh
  3. Hi all, I am wondering if anyone else has the following issue and if you found a fix. I am at my wits end. I sell No Copy Gacha/Miepon/Nextup items. I have been having issues creating listings for MP for quite some time. Once I load the items I edit the listing on the webpage dashboard. For two years now I have had one problem or another specifically on Firestorm. On Firestorm I would crash if I tried to put more than one item in a folder at the same time. This did not happen in 2020. The issue escalated with each new version of FS. I filed a ticket and followed the suggestions in regard to minimizing the amount of folders I have in my inventory. This helped to some degree, but creating listings took forever! NOW I can't list on Firestorm at all. I switched to the SL viewer to create listings and for a few weeks it was working well BUT now I have the same issue on the SL viewer, I can't create a listing. The wheel spins for a very long time when I open the MP Listings link in world to create listings then a dialogue box pops up stating that a “Time Out was reached” in both the FS and SL viewers. In the Unassociated tab ALL listed and unlisted products on MP are shown and I cannot add anything to it. The Listed tab is empty, and the unlisted tab is empty and the ALL tab has everything. At first logging out and then logging back in fixed the problem however that is no longer the case. It is a problem because I rely on MP for most of my sales. STEPS TAKEN: Cleared Cache several times White listed AGAIN the FS viewer on Bitdefender Allowed the SL viewer in my Firewall rules Reinstalled SL viewer it fixed the problem for a few days and now it’s back to the spinning ball and “Timeout was reached” Did a clean install of Firestorm Rebooted modem/router several times Contacted my service provider. She ran tests and my network is running well. I got a new modem/router from my provider Today My download speed is 399.77 Today My upload speed is 31.23 I am on cable internet in Canada I submitted tickets for Firestorm on Jira and SL help.   4. I submitted a ticket and they fixed the issue very quickly. All my items are back! woo hoo!
  5. OH wow...I did notice something off in my MP Gacha store too...items are missing and no longer can be found in manage inventory. Also, when a product sells out the image and info remain available in search....sigh.

  7. Well, it is the long weekend and I think I am out of luck...I run a business in SL and can' access it so that is a problem My alts can log in fine. I sent in a ticket, a jira and even an email in hopes that maybe there is someone working this weekend who can explain what is going on. The completion time of the "minor maintenance" keeps changing....sigh.
  8. Yes, I tried several times. I also sent in a ticket and a Jira report. UGH. I have a feeling it has something to do with a ticket I sent in about missing inventory during the Marketplace update. I was contacted in world by a Linden and helped so didn't bother checking the status of the ticket. BUT it looks like someone else tried to help me too and sent it to the back end people? So I am perplexed.
  9. Does anyone know what this is? Login Failed. Your account is undergoing minor maintenance. You account is not accessible until 2023-04-08T02:17:13+00:00 Pacific time. If you feel this is an error, please contact support@secondlife.com. Can anyone tell me what this means? I was not notified that anything was to be done to my account.
  10. Since yesterday I have been getting an intermittent 504 Gateway error when I try to manage my listings. Today I was able to see the fist 10 items of the set I wanted to list but when I tried to see and edit the rest via the drop down menu (25 items) the 504 error popped up again. I have contacted support about this and all they told me was that a few other people were having the same issue and they are working on it. They could not give me an idea of when this might be fixed. I was directed to submit a Jira Bug report if I wanted to so I did that too. I am curious to know if anyone else is having this issue. I list new items for sale almost daily to MP so this is a problem...sigh.

  12. Fern I think it would be easier doing that in world with a gift box that has a giver script set to 1 item per avatar. Do you have an inworld shop or stall?
  13. It was intermittent for me for a while but now it is constant. I submitted a ticket.
  14. Sigh...anyone else getting 504 Gateway error when trying to Manage listings? I hope this is resolved ASAP.
  15. The 50 page search cap is also another issue especially when it comes to searching a Gacha store specifically with every item in the Gacha category. Also checking a store by rating can become a problem for customers...the worst ratings (one star) have always been on the very last page of a store so they won't show up again unless they put in a rating search by low to high. That is for stores that have thousands of items in particular....sigh.
  16. I have been trying to price check gachas on MP and noticed it's hard to find specific items again. Is anyone else having this issue?
  17. Yep, what I found as work around is putting your search term in quotations. This works well if you are looking for a specific listed item.
  18. Scammers or people who sell botted items and empty boxes generally restock like all legit sellers. I could have 10 of the same item or more but don't necessarily put it all up on MP. I sell some of those inworld at my main store and flagship locations. Check the store and see if it has restocked the item. If so leave your review. If they made a new listing of the item it it against LL TOS. They have to restock it into the same file folder. Check to see if the item is up as a new listing. If so report that to LL and take screen shots with your purchase number, the new item number etc. You can IM me for more info.
  19. Contact Linden Labs Intellectual Property team directly. They will be able to tell you exactly what you can and cannot do. I am not sure if I am allowed to post their email address here. You can IM for it or put in a support ticket and ask for it.
