I took a closer look at the Vic regions - most have railroad tracks going through them, so further work on that is likely holding them back.

Some Happy Weekend sale items from [kunst] - you can see them upstairs, but be sure to buy them from the signs by the entrance. Without the decor items, the sideboard is 3 LI ($60); the coffee table is 2 LI and the small cabinet is 1 LI ($60 for both).

Happy New Year, all! As I don't think anyone's posted a breakdown like this, at least not recently, here is a current snapshot of SSPE (i.e. unreleased) regions in Bellisseria. Note that in several instances parcels do not have any visible houses yet, but boundary lines designate which kind of houses will populate the region; these are not the same as NO HOUSES regions, which are coastlines that show no parcel boundaries. 180 SSPE REGIONS IN BELLISSERIA (1/1/2022) 1 CAMPERS and LOG HOMES 18 CHALETS 25 CHALETS and HOUSEBOATS 3 CHALETS and STILTS 35 FANTASY HOMES 7 HOUSEBOATS 16 LOG HOMES 7 LOG HOMES and VICTORIANS 21 NO HOMES (coastlines, small islands) 1 NO ACCESS (SSPE1187A) 46 STILTS

There are still at least 3 regions of unreleased Vics to the west/northwest of Rigamarole that have looked ready to go for several weeks now. UPDATE: There are 7 unreleased regions with Victorians, but each of those regions is shared with Log homes (divided by the railway line or a ridge of hills). So there are only ~70 new Victorian parcels to be added to the pool.

Atelier Burgundy's sale items: 2 kitchen decor sets, 7 LI and $75 each; fluted panels $50 for each of the color sets.

Pitaya's weekend sale items - the pouf is $75, the full set of plants is $60 (demo models are 6 LI each), and the baskets sets are $50 per color.

A little something for your celebrations tonight, perhaps? Each grouping from What Next is $50. The one on the left is actually 3 items of 1 LI each, and the one on the right is linked and 1 LI.

The option for concrete floors internally would also be in keeping with the style of house. Few might choose it, but it *would* be appropriate.

Although if I remember correctly, LL did increase the LI of the old Linden Home parcels from 117 to 170 after several years. Not sure why/how they had that wiggle room, and it came as a complete surprise to me when I returned after not logging in for a while.

I suggest you spend a bit of time looking through this thread to see just what can be accomplished within a limit of 351 LI: (Apologies for the animated gif that I can't delete ) PS- Sorry about your job. PPS- Some of the themes have a smaller home option among them, though unfortunately that's not the case with the log homes.

Yes, I'd assumed WIP referred to code tweaks rather than landscaping or major design changes - stuff like changing the available exterior colors (as we saw during the course of the reveal when the external pink and purple options disappeared from the demo models). Just maybe they'll replace the wooden staircase banisters with something sleeker...

Some FLF sale items are out already. Consignment has two - the chair is 10 LI, doesn't appear to have any texture-change options and has PG animations. The Mid Century Bench Seat is 7 LI, with Adult animations; the cushions have 12 texture-change options.
