  1. If old and shabby's your style, check out Grandma's Cabinet at Pitaya - $75 per color, and $75 per decor set as shown. The display model of the cabinet excluding all decor is 5 LI, but the adverts say they're 4 LI. (It is definitely *5* LI.)
  2. This 13 LI Clara bed at Bricolage has several color change options for the throw pillows and the a couple for the quilt and blanket. $75 for PG or A. The bedside table is 4 LI and comes with the 2 LI flower vase, $75. The beige patterned rug is 1 LI, $75.
  3. There are lots of items in Kazza's Happy Weekend sale. The lilies in the yellow vase (2 LI), potted plant with blue flowers (1 LI), tub of roses (2 LI) and potted palm (4 LI) are $60 each. The table (4 LI) and chairs (2 LI each), including the 3 LI sushi place setting and saki bottle is $60. The 2 LI ceiling fan (no light, just a fan) is also $60.
  4. A couple of low LI items at the Design Firm Collection - the Elmira fireplace is only 2 LI, with multiple color options for the surround and the wall. There are two versions - one with different types of marble surround and the other with a 'stone' surround. $60. Also 2 LI is the Elmira built-in cabinet, with a dozen color options for the various faces, $60. (Note that these items may be too tall for some Linden homes and I don't know if they can be resized - if anyone buys them, please report back!)
  5. Trompe Superfans sale: an entire living room set for $50.
  6. Thanks for the earworm 👂🪱- at least it’ll replace Virgin’s I Am What I Am (why, Virgin, why???!!!) for a bit… Oh, no, Sarah! You’ve removed the musical reference!
  7. Also, a plea to lessen the built-in pout - it makes *every* skin I've used look like there's a moustache!
  8. A nice sale item this weekend for Senra Jamie from Just Because - this long-sleeved crop-top sweater is $75 per autumnal color, $400 for the Fatpack of all 6 colors. Lara fits well, provided you use the *LBD* Long-sleeve crop top Alpha or similar. (The pack of *LBD* Alpha layers is available on the MP for only $1. Some other Alpha packs to look for are by Bimbette, Blimey, and Sweet's - all free but more limited than LBD's.)
  9. Some decorative pottery on sale at Pitaya - each color set (blue, white with gray, white with blue) is $100. The large pot with flowers is 4 LI, the small vase with purple flowers is 2 LI and all others are 1 LI. (You can't save any LI by linking items 'out of the box', but you can resize the large pots and linking the ones without flowers will save you 1 LI; shrinking the large vase of flowers will take it down to 3 LI - the LI doesn't decrease further, no matter how small you make it.)
  10. Hedgehogs at Jian this weekend - $50 per collection.
  11. For those who, like me, aren't clued in to the different types of skins, I can verify that the 7DS Genus skins do work with Senra avatars. (I've only found 6 or 7 of them - it's a bonus if they have 'no brow' versions included so you can add your own eyebrow tattoo and avoid the blinking/pulling issue.) Also, the 7DS group was *not* accepting any new members - paid or otherwise - last week, so join while you can!
  12. When we see an update to Jamie in a few weeks time* I'm hoping the disproportionately-skinny arms and lower legs will be addressed (i.e. their lack of responsiveness to slider adjustments) and that the face adjustments will also more closely match what is achievable with the 'classic' avatars. (I've found it impossible for Frigga to retain her look, which began umpteen years ago and continues to be based on Barbra Streisand, rather than Bob Hope ) Overall, I'm really pleased with Senra! (Thank you, Moles!) *https://community.secondlife.com/forums/topic/501888-senra-body-sdk-applications-now-open/?do=findComment&comment=2635248
  13. If you're looking for inexpensive skins that will work with your Senra avatar, check out ND/MD where BOM skin collections for 'Classic' avatars are $150 or $199. These are a couple of the Faith skins. (She's also wearing Blake's eyebrows on top of the skin.)
  14. If you're in the market for an elegant daybed, take a look at this 9 LI one by Dictatorshop at The Outlet. It's 50% off, but still expensive: $598 PG, $1,248 A.
  15. I last mentioned this in a conversation about pools and hot tubs in the Ranch regions - Noveny's 11 LI hot tub is on sale again for $50, PG or A. Also, for you alchemists living in Fantasseria, this 3 LI potions and poisons wall shelf is still on sale for $75.
  16. From Bricolage for Lazy Sunday on the MP: kelim patterned loveseats (6 LI) and chairs (5 LI) - $75 per design, PG or A.
  17. This is my main avi - still a system avi, though I may change her body to Senra. The best place I've found for layerable jeans is Neve - I'm wearing their Bitten Denim here, but there are also plaids, cords, brightly colored and neutral cottons (also shown). The Bitten range includes sizes as shown, along with an alpha layer. (The sweater is also from Neve.) Note that the Bitten range is a few years old - newer designs don't include the S/M/L options. Everything in the store and in the MP has demos, though.
  18. Animated puppy and kitten at Jian, $50 each this weekend. (I didn't see demo versions nearby, and didn't make the effort to look for them.) Also, non-animated ones with other plush toys, $50 each.
  19. All of these items at Concept are priced individually at $60, but I just want to draw your attention to two of them that would work well in a rustic setting: the sliced logs coffee table (2 LI) and the square mirror (2 LI).
  20. Looking for a wardrobe/closet? These 4 LI ones are on sale at Architect for $60 per color.
  21. This 1 LI staghorn and acorns candelabra is on sale for $50 at HEXtraordinary.
  22. Another bed, this one from Amelia's Coastal Treasures. 8 LI, PG, $75.
  23. These pieces are on sale at Bricolage - bed 13 LI with some texture change options, $75 PG or A; wardrobe (with opening doors and shelves inside) 3 LI, $75. All other pieces sold separately for $50-$75 each.
  24. What Next has some seasonal treats on sale - the boxes of donuts are 1 LI each, $50 for the set and the tray is also 1 LI $50.
