  1. While I'm still hoping to see some more Senra-specific clothing, I have found that - with the right combination of Alpha layers ($1, *LBD*/BOM/System Alpha layers in the MP) - some Lara clothing fits perfectly well. These tops are from Neve. It's a start! PS- And she's now blinking! Without any pulling of her eyebrow. I've done nothing to the script. Is it possible that the Senra Jamie head had been updated?
  2. From Petite Maison at the Cosmopolitan Shopping mall - the woodbin is 2 LI, $88 per color. The wall lamps are 2 LI (demo is non-working) and also $88 per color.
  3. My first attempt to Senra-tize an avatar was with a recently-created one without her own 'look' (https://community.secondlife.com/forums/topic/502032-how-does-your-senra-look/?do=findComment&comment=2623976). I've just re-awakened an old avatar (from 2007, on the left of each photo) who last had a makeover ~2011 when I picked up a free skin at Tellaq (who no longer sell female skins). I've treated her to some new hair (Dura), but otherwise tried to replicate her look using the Jamie head and body (must lengthen her arms, though!). Apart from the overly-skinny arms (and, yeah, the lack of clothing if I can't get any of her old outfits to work), I'm perfectly happy with this 'starter' avatar... just as I'm happy with Bellisseria's 'starter' homes One surprising thing, though - I just had a staring contest with her and she doesn't blink! I haven't done anything to amend or delete a script, as mentioned elsewhere in this thread, and my other Senra avatar definitely blinks...
  4. Looking for a knife block with a difference? This one from Canape is on sale in the MP for Lazy Sunday, $75. I checked it out in-world and it's only 1 LI.
  5. Rancheros! More cows! I haven't seen demos of these. The cows are $75, as is the cow pen. At Magnetic. (Finally found the demo on the roof, but it's so damn dark you can't see a thing. So here's some heavy-handed Photoshop.) The pile of hay in the bottom left is part of the pen/trough, and the cow is 3 LI. The grazing cow on the right is 5 LI, including linked milking stool and hay.
  6. If you like old kitschy signs (1 LI each, prices from $65 to $100 or $550 for the complete set), head over to Hideki. There's also a collection of steam-punkish items, ranging in price from $70-$100.
  7. Backbone has a 6 LI massage table on sale - $100 for the PG version, singles and couples animations and $1000 (!) for the Adult version, which is apparently half the usual price. Texture-change options.
  8. There are plenty of attractive items on sale at Dreamland Designs, but they all seem too LI-heavy for what they are. This loveseat (PG or A) is 11 LI, $99. The bed (PG or A) is 21 LI and the lamp (included with the bed and bedside table) is 3 LI, $99. The armoire is 11 LI (why?), $75, as is its 6 LI matching dresser.
  9. These 2 LI hanging geraniums are among the plants on sale ($55-$99) at Dabble and Ever Green. Several texture-change options for flowers and pots.
  10. This 3 LI lemonade platter is available for $50 at Fetch.
  11. Looking for something to cover that empty wall? This mirror is only 1 LI, $50. The 2 LI hanging light is also $50, but as you can see the cord is *very* long, and there's no indication that it can be shortened. Also, the demo is non-working. At Llorisen.
  12. You can pick up the Alizee wardrobe/cabinet and/or the Alizee dresser (3 LI and $50 each) at Granola. Note that it isn't a case of poor perspective correction in the photograph - the cabinet's sides do slope in slightly 😒
  13. Update: Yes, you can unlink all the items, and the set comes with an empty 1 LI table. All the bits and pieces as shown are 1 LI each - including all the linked candles and jars (don't forget to re-link them with the candle flames!) - except for the apples with squash, which is 4 LI. (The pentangle with candle and mineral stones is 3 LI when re-linked.) Something which I think is perfect for a Fantasy Home (and even though I don't have one, I bought it)! This Forest Herbalist set from DRD is only $113 at The Outlet. The table with everything linked as shown is 11 LI and the chair is 4 LI. The stated LODs aren't great, but it looks fine to me from a reasonable distance, and I expect bits and pieces can be unlinked and used separately. (Will report back.) One of the chair animations, in keeping with the magical theme, is a levitation 🙂
  14. At Spargel & Shine - the 6 LI leather sofa and 1 LI rugs are sold together for $50.
  15. You can pick up the Parkside set with benches (6 LI), chair (5 LI) and lamp posts (linked and 7 LI as shown) at Nutmeg this weekend for $60.
  16. Secret Sale at Jian this weekend - Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, $50 per board shown, but the companion/wanderer vendor isn't currently working.
  17. Dust Bunny is selling this 17 LI (!) drinks trolley for $100 per color. (Despite the sign, the Saturday Sale increased its maximum sale price per item to $100 a few months ago.) Ordinarily, I wouldn't mention such a relatively small decor item with such high LI here, but you Rancheros have LI to burn, so... And it might be possible to unlink and use some parts separately. (If anyone here buys this item, please report back! Thanks.)
  18. Atelier Burgundy's modular closets are on sale again (pieces 1/2 LI each) - white, black or wood, $100 per color. The closet clutter is also on sale for $75 per color. There's also a collection of storage boxes/bags - $60 per color.
  19. Pitaya has got my favorite shabby farm-style kitchen table on sale again - 4 LI, $75. The chairs (with and without arms) are 3 LI each, $100 for both. Other bits and pieces (candlesticks, chandelier, fruit centerpiece, etc.) sold separately, or everything in a Fatpack for $322. Also on sale is the Boho Bed, 12 LI, PG or A, $60 per headboard color. I'd bought this in a previous sale and found it to be too large for the rooms where I wanted to use it - scaling it down a bit I could reduce it to 10 LI, but the animations looked pretty awful as a result. Caution advised unless you have the spare LI and a large space!
  20. Trompe Superfans sale item - $50 with your group tag.
  21. Keep in mind that these are all Linden Homes within Bellisseria, and as such are likely to have less Land Impact (LI) available for use than what you will have in your non-Linden home. I also suggest scrolling through this particular thread to get an idea of what's out there, and the general style of some of the major decor producers.
  22. Hi, Lisa- Trinity's and my posts were not a direct response to yours, they were simply the updates we post to this thread whenever we encounter furniture and decor items on sale we consider worth highlighting. In fact, most of the items mentioned in the last few posts wouldn't likely suit a beach house environment. The best places to start for some ideas are the decorating threads, and then if you see items you particularly like you could ask the people who posted them who the creator/seller is. See this thread about decorating Bellisseria's Stilt homes:
  23. Another Art Deco inspired figurine with lamp, 2 LI, is on sale this weekend at Myrrine, $69.
  24. This 13 LI velvet sofa from Petite Mort & Oubliette is on sale again, this time for the slightly lower price of $99. (I think this one is going to be seen here frequently, like Zerkalo's Calcutta sofa, which is similarly opulent.) Related items seen here are also on sale. (I'm waiting/hoping for Premium Plus Victorian type homes so I can go wild with this kind of decor.)
