I have been slowly letting some go as well, downgrading because really I don't visit half the ones I have now. I have a nice rented parcel with lots of prims that I can play on and make whatever I wish it to be

If it does, I'm out. $170CAD plus my extras is not enough for me to spend on my entertainment and I can always go back to renting a homestead

I agree Marianne, like in RL I am not willing or wanting to enter a war with other residents over a home. I will stick with what I have and take my chances with my rolls.

To be honest, say I found a parcel on an unreleased section of LH home that will be soon to be released, I put my name in for it, but so does 20 other people , that would be similar to a bidding war without money exchanged. How do they pick who gets that parcel?

Canadian here and I went over and over on this. I can't justify spending $325 on something when all the features haven't been added or included and are still an afterthought or not even being implemented. Groups don't appeal to me as I never hit the 70 or so that I have now. Texture upload is a nice perk, but I only upload textures when building and not often enough. Animesh, don't use it and derender or lower people's complexities who have them added. Land Experiences, not really sure what this is other than AvSitter. I find a home I want and have to wait for support to even look at my request and oops its gone, or have to go into a similar to RL bidding war if someone else wants the same parcel. Higher stipend is nice. But all in all, not for me not right now.

I love the parcel I got but a few woodworks inside will not update to white in the Shion from what I can see, tried to refresh the house, tried the post, nothing, just a few panels will not change to white.. Edit: after many tries and after posting, it finally updated

I actually like these homes. Great job Moles. I will be snagging one when available hopefully.
