I won the attendance lotto at work this week, so I get the weekend off this week.. So I'm gonna lay down and watch some fun movies and relax, since I don't have to get up to an alarm tonight.. hehehe I'm starting with this one, because it's such a funny movie that is very re-watchable.. Get Hard..

I haven't heard this in forever and a day.. MC Lyte and Queen really put it out there.. When the girls get together they are unbeatable.. I love when they gather and get it goin on. A little queen A little MC Lyte.

Can you stand on a cushioned floor, because that's what most of those kinds of jobs are required to have, because safety is a big issue. If you can't be on your feet for 8 hours, then yea a lot of jobs are probably not going to fit what you are looking for. There are some places where they have chairs on the floor, like in plastics plants.. Myself I can't stand on a cushy floor because my boots have good cushion in them and it becomes way to cushy.. Either way, there are millions that were working those kinds jobs before the virus and not going back to work now, even though they are paying better.. Florida, didn't they have the governor that decided to get back to business before any of the other states? They went back to business and didn't stay shut down like a lot of states did. That could have a big impact on being less shorthanded than other states are right now, since they cut off the extra benefit money back in June. Could be a lot of reasons why.. Without seeing his application, I couldn't tell you what was going on.. I can tell you right now, every place around here is looking and short handed..Not just the plants but everything. The business hours in things like the coffee shop are messed up.. Myself, I easily started to train well over 100 people this summer..Most of them never showed back up the next day. All they have to do their first day on the job is observe.They get eased into what they will be doing for the first week.. Many just wanted to show they were trying to get a job and went right back on unemployment. I've had them even tell me that, which to me is about the dumbest thing a person could do pulling that scam.. hehehe Some just said they were going to try down the road, which I can understand. It's gonna be what it's gonna be no matter what.. I know this much.. I'll believe what I see going on before I start believing a media outlet trying to tell me what's going on. I have a better seat in the car than they do. We have plants all over the country let alone the world.

Could you put a piece of cardboard into a machine that folds it into a box for you, for around 20.00 an hour as starting pay? I just found out about that job while talking to someone about other places hiring, just two nights ago. They were telling me they were thinking of leaving. I guarantee they were not paying that much last year.. I got lost in a daydream of what that would be like to have such a nice simple stress free job like that.. hehehe A lot of the jobs that make the country tick are shorthanded.. A lot of the inflation going on and prices going up is due to shortage of those workers.. Lumber prices going sky high, that was due to shortage of truck drivers, which increased construction prices. There wasn't a shortage of lumber, because there were tons of logs just sitting there waiting to be transported.. Even Chicken prices skyrocketed.. Wasn't a shortage of chicken.. I was like Damn!! you'd think they were selling steak.. hehehe Truck drivers alone had a huge impact on prices in many areas.. Then to boot, I just heard the other day that over 4 million people in August just up and quit their jobs. I was like, I'm never gonna see my weekends ever again. The reason unemployment is so low is because more people are off of it now and not because they went back to work.. Just to add about where I work and the jobs we have there.. A lot work the lines yes, but are also being trained as machine operator process techs as well as robot operator process techs for the automated lines coming in the future.. Not only did the pay go up in our company, but opportunity for a better future did as well and nobody is grabbing it.. I'm just frustrated that work is starting to feel more like home than my home is.. I can't help but feel that there is a good chunk of people that got hooked on the big paid time off they had this past year.. Many were making more on unemployment than they were at their jobs back then.. But Those jobs aren't paying what they used to..Not if they want to stay in business and running right now.

I guess all that foreclosing and bankruptcy going on must have helped those people that didn't have houses yet.. hehehe

That's going on all over the place..Right now employees have a lot of power because just about everywhere is short handed.. Our company went from telling us what they were going to do with hours, to putting it to a vote amongst all the employees.. They wanted to up the hours, we voted it down.. There have been pay wars going on with companies trying to keep their employees as well as draw employees from other companies.. Myself since last spring, I've gotten 6 raises and two promotions and the year isn't even over yet.. hehehe I haven't had any free time at all, but the money is really good.. hehehe It's like, all they have to do is hear you are looking and they turn nice as can be..

It didn't need fixing because there are plenty of good jobs..this isn't 2008.

There are an abundance of jobs, but so many either quitting them or not getting them.. With that going on many of us are left to pull the extra weight. It sucks

I remember one time a few years ago where a guy just kept asking me things right out of the gate.. Him:What country are you from I told him Him: What part of the states are you.. I told him. What part of the south.. Then I got irritated and asked him, Why are you wanting to come over or something? Sometimes It just gets old..

Reborn is a very workable body with a nice range and way more creator support than Erika is getting after months of being out already.. I can't help but feel how much better Erika would have did if they just skipped the whole, apply for dev kit for that body.. I love the Erika body but just tired of trying to find things for it.. If they were both close in creator support, I'd have to say I would have a hard time choosing which body I would prefer.. Out of the gate Erika fit my current shapes much better and I like the hips much better.. But a little more tweaking with reborn and I'll be enjoying this body.. I really like it's range it has with the sliders. I can't help but think, with just the support reborn is getting that it's gonna hurt the Erika climb..

I've been listening to one of my favorite poets/rappers, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez. I love about everything she wrote and the way she performed it with that attitude of hers.. Still to this day miss her and wonder what could have been. Her and Tupac both were taken way too early.. I love when she got around the other girls.. hehehe I love when I find a song that I didn't even know she was in.. It seems like there are so many places she pops up still to this day.

I don't let those kinds of conversations take that long.. I'll usually just act like I didn't get an IM. It sure wouldn't be log worthy.. hehehe

I'm listening to some Gretchen Wilson. I swear there was a good period of time where I thought she was the daughter of one of the Wilson sisters, either Ann or Nancy.. hehehe I just wonder what it feels like to go from doing covers to get by, to being on stage with who you were covering.. That has to feel amazing to have that big of a dream come true.. This one I like because it's just a fun song..
