I don't wear Genus, but so far I have found that my Session and Izzie's skins match from BOM body to LeLutka applier head with no issues at all.

So, let's start with the usual suspects. Me, the tall redhead on the left and my alt Maybie, the short blond. So here's the thing ... I can't get a dance partner when I go out alone. Well, I *can* but it never ends well if I approach the man. I won't approach a woman unless there is some obvious group or comment in her profile that would show her as wanting same sex attention. However it seems most women who would like a woman to dance with have brought their own. If I don't make the first move I may as well be a bar stool because no one IM's me. Very rarely I get "hi" from some guy and even if I say hi back, it's silence ... OK, so let's say I do IM a guy and ask him to dance with me. For some reason that means we are going out exclusively and I should put him in my profile immediately. Friend request comes before the 3rd song and him leaving in a huff calling me a tease, *****, ***** or ***** for good measure follows shorty after. I just want a dance and a chat. Is that really so much to ask? A little talking, hopefully a laugh and to spend a little time listening to music. Part 2. Maybie, on the other hand, gets offers. She also asks others to dance with no issues. If she does not say anything -- well, talking in local chat so people know she is not AFK -- she will have a dance/chat partner within 30 minutes. Men and women both approach her. Very few pressure her beyond the occasional friend request at the end of the night. Even when I let them know she is not my main. I guess I'm saying that I am jealous of my alt. But what I want to know is, why the big difference? Is Rhonda too imposing? Is it just having a partner in my profile but not Maybie's? Or is it that she looks (and acts) a bit more meek and submissive? Then again it may just be my perception since I am on Rhonda for hours often by myself but Maybie goes right to the venue and says hello to everyone. Anyway. What do you think? Which avatar would you approach if you saw them both at a club? Or am I just paranoid?

I don't pay much attention to likes. I do get a warm fuzzy when someone quotes me, tho. Once you assign a number to anything it becomes a game and I am sure there are competitive people that will play to win that game. That is neither a good thing nor a bad thing. It is just a thing.

Lost passwords with forgotten email accounts are the cause of many. Someone takes a short break and then can't get back on. My 1st ever SL account was made at a friends party and then forgotten about after the weekend was over. About a year after that I created a new account along with my husband and some people from our gaming guild. Well that group petered out shortly after which led to main #3, someone to play without my husband. A male someone. It was a poor decision but ... anyway ... On to main #4 (because I couldn't remember #2's password) which I kept for about about a year. Then Clover came into SL. Rhonda was created for the specific reason to be a couple with Clover Jinx. We both made new accounts to be partnered together from their fist day and have been together ever since. We meet people as a couple, make new friends as a couple and have always been known as a couple. I am very happy with the decision to create new accounts together. It took me 5 tries to get it right I still have a few alts I play with for various reasons but I can't see ever making a new main again.

Most supported body is still Maitreya. Most supported head is Catwa. I'm not going to say those are the only choices nor anywhere close to being the best choices. They just fit the criteria of being the most supported by 3rd party creators. Skin is not so easy to nail down. There are many good choices out there. Skins will also have a bearing on which head you go with. While virtually every skin maker has options for Catwa, you may discover your favorite skin is made for Genus. But anyway ... skin options include Session, TheSkinnery, LAQ, Izzie's, Pink Fuel, Deetalez, 7 Deadly Skins and others I am surely forgetting. AO ... (sigh) ... they all suck. LOL I am constantly trying to find one I like and constantly getting bored with whatever I just bought. The stock answer is going to be Vista but ... well, you heard my opinion. My first ever avatar was an Anubis jackal. That was followed by a racoon, then a human male before I gave up and made "me" in SL. All of those are lost to the void now. This account started as human and has remained mostly human with an occasional trip into demonology at times. I have been human for 11 years now.
