  3. If you delete stuff from your Inventory, the things will go in your "Trash" first. If you deleted them from there, bad luck.

    Go to preferences (ctrl +p), tab Chat, set Croup chat to "No action"
  7. Make sure your Antialiasing is turned on. Click the Hardware button (that you can see on your own pic). If you take pictures, make them twice as big or even bigger (3x-4x) in the snapshot window. For the blogs they are cutted to the things that are needed to see and then scaled down to the proper size. These tricks should give you already some good results. Other things is to play with the light settings and also DOF Deepth of Field. Some viewers have a very advanced interface for the DOF and light settings. You need to read that up for the viewer you are using and also some viewers have support groups you should join. There you can ask things about the viewer you use. And you can also joing classes in SL for learning more about that subject.

  9. Ask the Lindensupport. As Estate Owner/Manager you can get support from the concierge team via live chat or ticket (case). I had the same issue on my land and it turned out there was some network issues. Took them 30 mins to find what was wrong.
  10. I don't know that "their" stuff lags so bad (not always at least). It could be anywhere between your PC and SL. There are many gateways whatever between you and SL. You can check yourself if the region you are in has lag, or the network has some lag if you open the statistics bar with ctrl + shift + 1. Look for Ping Sim and Packet Loss for network issues. Ping Sim should be under 300ms and Packetloss under 3%. 0 would be perfect. Move around a little and see if they change (a lot). Look for Sim FPS and Physics FPS, if they are close to 45 (40-45) then the sim is pretty fine. BUT that doesn't help you much now, maybe you should call their billing hotline to find out what did happen. Only they can tell you whats going on. https://support.secondlife.com/billing-support/

  13. Only way to do that is to ask the owner of the shop. But since the things are NOtransfer, it might not work at all. But asking is worth it anyway. You can find the creators name if you right click it and slect Edit (or ctrl +3 and then aim at the clothes does it too). Usualy the creator is also the shop owner. Or click some of the prims, venders etc to get the name. Look into their profile then and how to contact them.
  14. A very easy way to find you land or contributions is in the viewer menu at top, World-My land holdings. The top of the window tells you where (if you are the owner) and the bottom part what group you deeded your land to, if so. If you deeded land to a group and it's not the only land, it would be fair to inform the others that you plan to remove your contribution:)

  16. Did you try a clean install of the viewer? Please be sure and add that information as it looks your issue is connected to the viewer, because Singularity seems to work. For a clean install look here: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/How-to-uninstall-and-reinstall-Second-Life/ta-p/1375231 Guessing around a little: It could be that your PC/Laptop has some issues with the temperature since the SL Viewer does need more power than the Singularity. Make sure that the air can flow freely and if not, clean it with some air in the can and maybe a soft brush. Open the case of the PC if needed (if we speak of a "Desktop").

First: If you know or not know the guy and being a victim yourself, file an abuse report (in your Viewer: Help-Report Abuse) If you are right there, try to send a picture of it, that is done if you tick the option "use this screenshot". If you don't have a name, use "Governor Linden" as a place holder. File the rest of the AR as requestet. Make the details short-clear and add also the location again.   18. They want your SL password. Any other password they don't know. I tried it on my 2nd account now too and it works for me. You must have made a typo with your password:)
  19. I am not sure if they have modify rights, but if they have, select them with the build/edit tool (ctrl + 3), then go to the tools or build menu and there at scripts-reset scripts. Or get a new copy of it and wear that instead. Inform the creator about the error too, if you can provide information when it happens and if you can reproduce the steps to get this error.

  21. Try the 32 bit plugin for "other browsers" from their downloadpage.
  22. Please make sure that the SLPlugin(.exe) runs. If not, reinstall the viewer of your choice and take it off the scan of the anti virus software (take it off anyway, because it can make much hassle). Other issues can be a slow or not stable connection. Or just the servers are down for some reason.

  24. The message that there is no valid parcel means that the access is limited and you might need to join a group before you can enter. Or ask the owner to get you on the access list. Sometimes the owner(s) also close a sim if they rework things.
