  1. Looks like that is meant to be a hand-held item, not a rezzed decor piece.
  2. The first time I went there, I was looking for the Balla TV, and had a terrible time trying to find it! That is an interesting layout he has there, for sure. lol
  3. OK found it. When you enter the store, take the elevator (TP) that's named "Culture". When you land, go to the right and find this display. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/David Heather/87/80/1023
  4. Were you able to find the display with the Balla living room set? I'll pop by the store and see if I can locate it; it's been a while since I bought it so maybe he's shuffled stuff around.
  5. I like David Heather's Balla Backpack. I don't see it on MP, so here's a quick photo of it. It's 1 LI.
  6. I've found some very talented builders, and I also have bought some add-ons and then edited them to suit myself.
  7. That's the next theme after chalets: LEGO HOMES.
  8. I guess that's what add on porches and balconies are for.
  9. When the log homes came out, people complained because the water was always behind their homes. It's always something, as Roseanne Roseannadanna used to say!
  10. Try posting your question in the Mainland part of the forums.
  11. I'm about to release this west-facing beach coastal: https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Yuge/44/116/0
  12. Wish I'd known that; I've had it and tossed it twice just this week! 😂
  13. Loft & Aria has a gacha set called Tropical Glam that has a sofa that's just like you describe. It's texture change with several nice tropical prints (and some solids), and the pillows are texture change as well, so you can really mix it up. You can find one by searching on the Marketplace, but be warned, it's a rare so won't come cheap. Worth it IMO, though; I have mine in a stilt home and love it.
  14. I'm about to log in and release this Victorian with sunrise sea view. It has train tracks running behind it, and I'd probably keep it if I didn't already have one just down the road. 😂 http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Myles/171/155/23
  15. I bought the most recent one from D-VINE (for Victorian Doyle) recently, and really like it.
  16. I'll be releasing this feature-packed trad in Leomund in just a couple of minutes. It has a railroad track in front and along one side, a train station nearby, and if you walk over the hill in the backyard, there is a really nice park area with bench, pond and waterfall. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Leomund/228/58/55
  17. I'll be putting back this cute trad in a few minutes. No hedges! http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Calleya/45/24/47
  18. Don't forget that you can make your own posters for cheap, just the cost of an upload (L$10)! I do that a lot, too. I either slap the photo on a big flat prim, or take a mod frame from my inventory and stick the photo in it. You can really customize your place for low cost if you use art that you've uploaded (or photos that you've taken in world).
  19. Here's an item I use a lot, and it's low LI and low price too! https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Construct-Mesh-Poster-Wall-1-li/5180710
  20. Since you said you don't mind doing a bit of shopping.... I like using Banksy graffiti on big bare walls. The ones I have are from The Art and Poster Store: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/28534/search?utf8=✓&search[category_id]=&search[maturity_level]=GMA&search[keywords]=banksy
  21. I remember several posts on this topic in the Stilt Home Decorating thread, so I just did a search. Looks like Tarte and Hayabusa were suggested.
  22. I wish we'd get an official announcement, maybe even with a bit more detail. Oh well.
  23. If we turned in an application a month or two ago, and haven't yet received anything, will we now be getting a passport?
