LL is only provider of world "empty canvas" so to say,we are ones who paint on it,we a residents,we are ones who input our creations in it and make it what it is! We are LL's golden cow! We pay for LL's hawaian shirts and talet paper! And what LL gives us back? More canvas to paint on,gives us more paint ( from prims,sculpts,mesh,new abilities in scripting things )! We are ones who make LAG,not LL! We as residents do that! Those who dont know how to make their creations fallowing SL specific roules and dont care about optimisation make LAG! Those who dont care about copyrights and upload ilegal models in to SL are drowning SL! They are ones who drag it down in to oblivion! It is up to rest of us who do fallow roules and create original artwork to pull it back up in to the light!!! LL is as you say montizing SL,yes,becouse they have to pay for all that canvas we paint on (sim servers) they have to pay for electricity they run on,they have to eat something,they have to pay bills!And they have to make a living to! SL is a buisness but it is one big peace of art to!! 99.9 % of SL is resident made!!! We are ones who make SL what it is!!! Lets keep it original and unique!!!

So true. I think in the farther future you will see zero importing and zero creating as linden will pull the plug on this disappointing underperformer to focus solely on their new products currently in beta. LL will newer pull the plug on golden cow ( mesh ),it might be desapointing and underperformer but only for part of content that is not optimised for SL! Basicly anyone can make mesh but not eweryone can make it good for SL!!! @ OP: I believe everything uploaded to google becomes google's IP. Google makes money by glomming up small IP holders stuff. Same as facebook does. Want to report it? Better talk to google. Protecting IP does not fit with google's business model. Thats why google fights to protect 'our internet freedoms' as they like to call it... good luck. Its not only Google in question but many more websites that host free 3d mesh models,ppl ripp off models from there and upload it to SL caliming to be their own work, ewen those sites that do allow such transfer ask that if you do use model you post who made it ( credits ) and ppl dont ewen do that! than you have game model rips,you have all seen Bathseda Softworks Eldar Scrolls weapon and armor mesh models sold on MP... ( just one example,there are manny like it ) As manny pointed out there is nothing more we can do about stopping rippers and lazy ass uploaders than contact IP holders and hope they file DMCA and pull the plug on their models in SL... Only thing we CAN do is make lot more original,quality, optimised mesh and put it in SL for ppl to enjoy creativity and originality rather than lag their ass off from crappy,halfassed,ripped mesh! Il stop crying n shouting what we can or cant to, Ill do what I CAN!!! Ill be original and make orginal stuff ! Eweryone else should do same,be original,drown theifs in uniqueness!!! Let them choke in their own uncreative, lazy and greedy minds!

I have personaly teached manny new creators how to use and use good both inworld building tools & blender supporting their creativity and originality and i will keep on doing so... My buisness group ( yes buisness,we sell our stuff but not for soul porpose of profit but to keep paying tier and have quiet place to work in and have a place to show our designs ) hosts so far 8 creative ppl who compete ( for pure joy and fun of it ) who will make more original,different,weird,funny creation. There are manny 3d programs out there that are free,Blender,Wings3d,as you mention Archipelago ( have to check that one ),its just matter of picking one and stcking to it to learn and learn it good! If ppl have persistance to learn there are no barriers! Ppl say "Oh its hard,i cant do it" Heck stick with it n learn it!!! Ppl ask me to make manny different things,i dont stick to only 1 line of items, iw made swords, armour, buildings, cars&bikes,jewlery, ewen complete avatars n clothing, if what ppl ask is fun and different enough idea i dont ewen charge them at all! Also manny things i have in my shop a give away for free,all full perm so others can use them fod their creations as parts, making new and original designs far from what i could imagine that such parts can be used for...creativity has no limits!

I looked up your creations and from what i have seen they are not as you say simple to make,i am sculptor and mesh creator myself,i know how hard it is,both using free apps and payed ones....But thats becisdes the point,you are original creator,you make things on your own ideas,original,unique,thats what SL needs.... ORIGINALITY...not some recycled,ripped or stolen crap ( not necesery crap,most of items are realy nice creations and original maker (( AND IP HOLLDER )) invested lot of time in making it ) ppl i originaly mentioned ( still not stating names due to TOS ) upload and sell. Also using template still results in original creation in end, due to changes, painting and texture work on them! My original question was,ill repeat it again,becides notify IP holders of ilegaly uploaded mesh about it and let them decide will they file DMCA and takedown request to LL can WE as SL residents do annything more about ilegal ( in this case mesh ) content we find on MP and inworld? Buying templates in SL and than texturing is legal! Dowloading models from Google warehouse ( or anny other 3d model website ) and than uploading to SL and selling them is NOT!!! All 3D model websites (Google Warehouse,renderocity,DAZ ect) have strict TOS regarding such matters! LL has strict TOS regarding such matters!!! If you took mesh quiz to activate mesh upload ability you would know that if you didnt make it you cant upload mesh/sell it! Atleast not legaly!!! So does this guy do something ilegal or he to quote you Sassy "did nothing technically wrong"? It is more question of moral , hard work & skill to make something unique rather than taking someone elses hard work and selling it as your own and be lazy & greedy as this guy is! And i did notify IP holders about each and ewery one of models he is selling ilegaly!!! Here quiestion is will they do anyhting about it? Recently i have noticed one persone started to sell on marketplace ( probbably inworld to) car models that are downloaded from Google warehouse and this is not wild guess but prooven fact! Models are same to last poligon!Didnt ewen bother to modify them and optimise for SL! Download from Warehouse--->upload to SL--->sell=0 effort theft I will not post Warehouse or MP links due to LL TOS nor will i name persone in question... I would just like to know how to deal with such persone? Can't file DMCA because i am not IP rights holder of those models,ARs are useless for same reason,contacting IP holders on Warehouse is close to useless because they don't respond to massages or posts on models themselves... That persone is well known for theft,cheating ppl,lies and many other things,has to manny ARs on his head to count (not only from me but many other creators and customers he conned) and LL still lets him do his "business"! What to do? Sit down and ignore him & do nothing? Because ewerything this done to put a stop on his theft is futile so far!!! Any sugestions?

Norton is famous for finding false positive threats,i saw it once finding itself as a threat,its own program files... norton antivirus=epic fail AVG,newer anny problems with it!

Spellfire 1 is old system,same as DCS/CCS,old old old Azora has player XP,levels,weapons with player level requirements ect Spellfire 2 has ewerything as Azora +crafting weapons,trading for resources ect Spellfire 3 ewen has sim weather stats that affect player fatigue (if its hot you get tired faster (loosing stamina)) ,if thats not complex enough idk what is. Spellfire 3 is still in beta and you can contact Aaron and ask him about creating features you want... You might end up paying literally million L$ to get sript work done for system you describe and still wont get exactly what you wanted tho... And to answer Ziggy: Nothing is preventing annyone to make new RP system,or annyhting for that matter,i am just saying why make something new when simular thing already exsist,time consuming and L$ consuming effort that might not end up as expected/wanted becouse persone who has idea lacks scripting skill to acomplish it and has to pay persone who does have scripting skill to make it. Scripting RP system Voodoo described is complex job,it will literaly cost tons of L$ or $US,depending on how scripter wants to be payed and scripters that can do this job aint cheap!!!

why the heck woud you want to create one more RP system,there are 3 (or more) systems like that in SL already! Azora,Spellfire 2 and 3 You can look for them in Stone Keep sim.

Use blender 6.2 and avastar! 6.3a still has some issues with rigged mesh...

Nonsense you say? LL takes your payment info (to have your Rl info on file) to llow you to upload mesh... You upload ilegal mesh....eather from games or from 3d model hosting websites,eather way ilegal to be in SL Copyright holder files DMCA against you to LL... LL removes your content... 1.You dont counter DMCA cos you didnt make stuff you uploaded ( admitting you are theif to LL ) 2.You counter DMCA,LL gives your info to real copyright holder , if its big company you are screwed & end up in court ,if you lucky its small time model creator and you slide ( if not lucky he takes stuff to court and you screwed again ) Idk if you noticed how manny screwballs like that apeared on marketplace and disapeared in mater of weeks,an i meen disapeared ,not only from MP but totaly from SL,banned forewer!
