In my legion of alts I have about every skin tone, and each of them (well, except the one guy alt...) uses the non rigged VAW. Only using the newer rigged one on my main who has a matching skin from the applier options (L'etre). But with the coloring options provided each one looks really good on either my palest or darkest skin colored alt. Specially if you choose not to put on the entire thing, but only the inner part, its not all that hard to match it up with any shape or skin you like. Takes some time and know how editing/moving parts but it works. The rigged version, besides the predefined skin appliers also has 80 Preset skin tones to choose from in the HUD, and on top of that the color picker essentially making every possible color available. Theres also the Pro Bento VaJayJay (nsfw) that has Omega. Or the SW bento (nsfw) one that has Omega

I would literally be lost without my LM's I would have forgotten about most shops and exploring places I visited without them. Even if they move around and LM stops working, they are a reminder for me about the place, and I can always search the new location when one is outdated.

Most of my friends I don't see for weeks but we chat often using just IM without meeting. No problem wit that. When meeting someone in world, either a stranger of a familiar person, I'm quite the same as you describe. As long as we keep talking I stay around and usually cammed on the person, because that person has my attention. When done talking I TP out and also end the conversation (not by just TP, but by saying bye, and TP), so I can put my focus on what I am going to do next, and so can they. I do not talk a lot with "strangers" though lately, so most of the time its just IMing all over with friends. I prefer that way because its acceptable to not always respond right away, because we both know each of us are also doing other things. It works both ways though, when me or the person I was meeting and chatting with TP's out I feel like not wanting to stalk that person by keeping IMing even though sometimes I would not mind if the conversation went on in long distance IM's

There's the problem. That is a complete avie based on the system avatar. Its not mesh. A good mesh body easily cost 2000+ L$ There are cheaper ones, also complete mesh avatars, but most of the times there is not a lot of clothing designed to work on those. You have a system body and are using shoes made for a mesh body (or at least mesh feet) These will not fit, unless you hide your feet with alpha, but you can not use open shoes with hidden feet.

Maybe not directly, but you can sell the items you "win". Or you end up deleting them meaning the comparison with fruit machines that you lost your money by the game of chance. But I agree with you on the poker comparison, might not have been the best one. For me poker is less gambling actually than Gacha, it does require actual skill, combined with luck of the draw, where Gacha is just throwing in money and randomly win or loose. And poker you play for a L$ pot that has been filled by the players, you are not funding a greedy creator. (small ante maybe for the organizing venue).

The ban however would be because of Gacha being Lootboxes. And they indeed are. With a lootbox you also pay and always get something, only you do not know what you get, and most of the time its useless and you need to keep spending money gambling to get the pieces that are wanted. In some games lootbox items are also tradable/sellable. Does not make them less lootbox.

Basically most those points also count for poker played in SL with L$, still that got banned just as easy. Gatchas are like fruit machines with a guaranteed price. And the more you spend in it, the bigger chance of a more worthy price. Hard to not see it as gambling. Not that I want it banned. I wish poker came back too, was so much fun. Oh, and Belgium does not exist.
