Today, we are pleased to release our latest Linden Home theme, Newbrooke! Our concept of a modern container home community is stylish, warm, and inviting, while being nestled in a contemporary setting of rolling hills peppered with small lakes, ponds, and public pools. All of the Newbrooke regions are offered in both 1024sqm and 512sqm sized parcels. In total, there are 8 stylish house models to choose from, and the smaller 512sqm parcel homes can also be placed on a 1024sqm parcel, giving you a larger outdoor area. As always, there is a theme-specific content pack available from the house controller, enabling you to match the style and theme with any modifications you wish to do. (Please refer to the covenant rules). Also for this theme we have a brand new community region, “Newbank,“ for residents to enjoy and hang out with their neighbors. To correct your statement, we copy nothing. The town today does not look as it did in the 60's. I frequently visit Helen, we leveraged inspiration from the village, including the Fachwerkhaus style used there that has been pointed out so many times before. We also have several on the team that do live abroad in places where those styles of homes are authentic and was also used. There is a process we use that includes many on the team rolling in real life experience, photos, and items we gather for creative direction. In the creative direction narrative we build, we also take artistic liberties to make things different, interesting. Some themes use this approach, others are compete works of our imagination.

You've all spun yourself up in to a tizzy it seems. Many have formed opinions based on misinformation, misrepresentation and not having enough information. I realize that is what happens when you are starved for information; there is an intentional reason for that at the present. We are not ok with the negativity and tone that has taken hold. The team takes to heart your feedback and strives to do their very best by everyone. I will remind you that the folks working very hard on this project are also Residents among you. We will remove posts that take an overtly negative and personal tone. I ask that everyone please keep your feedback succinct and factual. I will remind you that if I or a member of my team hasn't said it, then it's not fact. We are here to provide beautiful homes and neighborhoods that will continue to foster new home owner growth which remains core to the mission of Linden Homes, and to the communities that have been built up around them. The Newbrooke theme, and the following theme will be released when we are ready to release them. They have nothing to do with Home & Garden, we are not part of the event this year, and the Moles and I do not have any scheduled showings at the event.

Our release schedule isn't tied to any event, or time/date for that matter at all typically. What matters to us is that when it is done and ready, then it will be released.

Feel the love at the Valentine's Love Boat Cruise! On Saturday, February 12 starting at 10am SLT, join us for a romantic cruise and after party, featuring a live performer and DJ’s! The actual cruise should last approximately 50 minutes. After the cruise, celebrate with everyone at the Bellisseria Fairgrounds. Howdy! I have returned with an update, well overdue and I am sorry about that! As someone else said, it took some wrangling of various contacts and experts to get a full understanding of the impact potential with this. That said, as many know the prior 2021 Federal threshold requiring that you could be the recipient of a 1099 was set at $20,000USD and 200 transactions. For 2022, the Federal threshold has been reduced to $600USD with no transaction limit. This is quite the change from prior expectations, and it only applies to USD funds being withdrawn from Second Life to an external account. Any L$ to USD exchange is not a part of the reporting if the USD remains on your account balance and is used to pay for land maintenance fees or for premium or anything else you want to spend it on as long as you don't cash out. However, I also need to point out that the state or locale in which you reside may also carry further stipulations that will require reporting all the way down to anything above $0 and this as a variable has not changed. Our recommendation is that you should always seek the advice of a tax professional, attorney or accountant about your specific situation ahead of time to understand what may be applicable to your situation. No need to go that far, we already have the font. A quick image of sorts that maps the symbols to the letters would be the "ticket". 😉

The sign as an example I just gave is part of it. We want someone to crack the cipher and provide us with the mapping of each letter to the alphabet, like the clues I have provided.

What we hope to see is someone take the hints I've given (and may give more of); apply that to a sign, for example and come up with a cipher to decode the signage appearing around the Fantasy regions in Bellisseria. There may not be a ton of it out there now, but there will be more coming. 🙂 Could that lead to more things to discover? Hints? Stuff to do? It sure could.

Some of you may have seen a recent interview where it was revealed that there is a secret (currently unsolved) cipher hidden throughout the Fantasy regions of Bellisseria (Fantasseria). The first person that legitimately brings me the correct cipher... Will get (1) - 1 year of free premium, as an annual membership, which will be renewable at the end of the term. Annual membership will be effective the date the submission is accepted. If you team up with others, this can only be applied to a single account, you will have to choose among yourselves who will receive the benefit. Submissions should be submitted to this forum thread. First to get it completely right wins! The challenge ends on December 23, 2021 at 12:00pm SLT/PST if nobody is able to solve it. Credit to @Evangeline Arcadia for the idea! 😉
