I think it's best if you just keep your Noob avatar's body shapes. They are the skinniest ones I've seen for male. For skin try these ones below or type in Marketplace 'Male Teenager' or 'Male Young'.

I also noticed that most asian male avatar shapes are less mascular than the typical caucasians or african avatars. You might want to try looking for them and then just change the facial features to shape it into your preference. For realism, you may want to visit Avatar Island. They make a replica of your face.

When looking for a new shape make sure what you buy is mod and that the shape at minimum includes information about what skin it was designed for.  Then focus on the faces...bodies are super easy to tweak but faces are not.  So if you find a face you love but, the body not thin enough you easily fix by reducing body thickness/torso muscle and leg muscle.  Happy Shopping

It's not so strange that most slender male shapes look Japanese or Chinese around the eyes. Most who make shapes for western customers beef they up a lot. The best thin male shapes you find are often marked "bishounen", that's japanese for Pretty Boy. These shapes are slender and the faces is often made more youthful.

I can recommend Den-Dou. I make the most shapes my male alts use, but I got a Den-Dou shape as part of a skin Gatcha and was really impressed.

I also got a thin shape from the Lucky Chairs at Mr.Poet. This shop sells mostly clothes, but if you walk in and at a small patio, it is some chairs and 2 lucky boards with male skins in them. Each have a male skin and shape. I don't think these eyes look Oriental or eastern.

I have not tried the shapes from Bird Next Door, but I don't think you risk much trying them, they are so inexpensive. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/BNDCute-Young-Boy-Shape-Male-avatar-Shape-PromoSale/217367

A youthful look will also depend upon the skin you pick. Sacred and the body co has nice skins, I think. Are you looking for a skin too, or just a shape?

I correct myself... I see that you want a skin too. Here is slurls, I hope they are correct. Shops move quickly in SL.

the body co http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/The%20Mall/144/97/29

Sacred http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Kuu%20Ipo/196/202/22

KENTO http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Zanzo/32/163/23

Den-Dou http://slurl.com/secondlife/itutu/110/134/27

Mr.Poet http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/J%20island/205/163/31

The last one. Mr Poet, is more known for their clothes than their skins. I am guessing that all the skin shops sell shapes too, but I know for certain that Den-Dou has shapes. It's no problem wearing skin and shape from different places.

I have just one thing to add... The Den-Dou shape and the Mr.Poet shape was no modify. It could be because they were part of a special offer, and perhaps they sell modifiable shapes too. Then you can tweak your shape when you find one that you like.

That's a great point. The skin really matters. No matter what the shape is, if the skin is photosourced (including painted over until you can't see the photo skin) from an older person, your avatar will look 'older.'

Japanese shops are a great way to go. I love their products. Many times they also do 'a Caucasian' skin and shape. But if the eyes are not what you want, change them. Most shapes are modifyable.

ETA: NOT all skin makers do great shapes, and vice versa! But I'm very impressed with what I find, often, in the shops such as Heaven's Gate Neo. And by the way if you are new, most of the shapes on their wall are free.
