Sure.  It's easy.  If you like your parcel but you just want to try a different style of home in the same theme, just click on your house controller (mailbox) out in front of the home and select a house from the menu.

If you want to try a different theme or just have different neighbors, you'll have to abandon your parcel (open About Land and click the Abandon Land button) and then request a new Linden Home on the web site, the same way you requested the home you have right now.  (Before you abandon the parcel, though, please remember to pick up all your stuff.  ;) )

And I have just changed my membership to Premium,,,so have more prims...I breed horses,,are there any other options....having a mark area or somthing like that ?

for breeding horses you'll have to move to the mainland, or rent at estate regions. Not start or have commercial activities as sales.
You can only have 2 breedable animals on a Linden Home parcel.

The Ranch themed homes are the only ones at present on 2048 square meter parcels. If you don't like that theme, but still want the larger prim allowance of a 2048 parcel, you have the option to buy a 2048 parcel on Mainland. This does require a one time "purchase" cost, which is set by the seller. It has the advantage that you can then build or buy any home type you like (that will physically fit on the parcel). One minor disadvantage is that unlike a Linden Home, the prims of the house itself count against the land's prim allowance.

Mainland parcels for sale can be found using the world map or the Search function, and you can also bid on parcels in the land auctions.
