Why does my purchase of Lindens with new balance, is not accurate with the SL & FS Viewers?

I purchased a certain amount of Lindens for a new balance, but the balance on the Secondlife Release viewer & Firestorm viewer is not the same & accurate from the 

Secondlife website balance. Who supervises account mismanagement?

ehm .. blame your connection is more realistic .. when your viewer can't get all correct data from your account it will be off.

The balance on the web account is leading. Viewers can be later in updating.
Somtimes it helps when you click the amount in the viewer, it should update.

Or if you did a very recent payment, renew the accountpage to see it clears the difference.
Or relog.

Buy L$ through the LindeX instead of buying them through your viewer.  As Alwin says, the information in your viewer's display can easily lag if you have a weak connection or if you are simply in a laggy area. It can take a while for the viewer's display to catch up with the real numbers on your dashboard at secondlife.com.

Definitely interesting answers!

I would have guessed that the Viewers simply get your L$ balance in a different method than the website (whether or not it can be affected by network, etc.) - and that method may take longer to update than what you see on the website.
