I dont know how but my avatar has no ***** , i wear an underwear that I can not remove , please help

Nobody's body has a ***** (unless you mean LEGS, but that's a Metaverse problem, not SL).  If you have non-removable underwear, that's because you are under 18 years old in RL and therefore have a G maturity rating. To protect minors from being shocked by the appearance of a naked body, the standard avatar has underwear painted on. (I didn't realize that they still did this, but apparently so.) When you are over 18, you can ask Linden Lab to change your maturity rating to M or A.

All SL avatars come without genitals. You have to add them. You can find free ones, but there's a big business done in more realistic ones that can interact with your partner in various ways.

The permanent underwear is, as Rolig says, a maturity issue. This can be bypassed by wearing a skin created by a third party; however, getting access to this content may also prove difficult, if you're under 18.

I believe you can't remove your BOM underwear if you told SL your real age is under 18 when you made your account.
