This is forum betwenn Residents, we are not Linden Lab employees, we are Residents as you. We cannot answer your question, sorry.

Perhaps you can explain a little more your specific problem: error message, what happens when you launch SL..

And please, DONT SHOUT! (= don't use capital letters), it is unnecessary, I'm form Spain I can read you perfectly whithout shout :)

We are not Lindens.  We are residents of SL who just enjoy answering questions and taking abuse.  :smileytongue:

I suspect that your ISP is blocking SL.  Many smaller ISPs and systems that have limited amounts of bandwidth typically block applications that require a lot of it -- and SL does use a lot of bandwidth.  Ask your ISP if there is a way to get service that will give you access.

Perhaps if you explain what kind of error message you are receiving, the residents that support this forum might be able to suggest a fix.

Asking for help in ALL CAPS and cussing at us doesn't do you any good.

To add additional information, Edit your original message with the information about how you are trying to access SL and what error message you are seeing.

SL is available to anyone anywhere who has the capabilities and the permissions to access it. It is up to your region, service provider or administrator to allow it, LL has already made it available.
