Protected ocean front and sailable water parcel.
Connect to linden water.

No one can build so you don't have an ocean front property or block you from access to the ocean with a watercraft from your property.

Protected generally means no one can own the land/water on that protected side.  Be it a Linden road or Linden water or specific Linden owned land.  Not sure what you mean by your view.

That kind of depends on which land you are talking about.  Why not go look?

Protected oceanfront has a very specific meaning in SL.

It means that the land between your parcel and the water, or the water itself, is owned by LL, or that you are at the edge of void (void looks like ocean, but there is no region there, and you cannot physically go there).

The result is that nobody can build between you and the water and block your view or your physical access.

be very aware that some "landlords/sellers" also count abandoned land as "protected" in their ads .. and it isn't
Also some call it sailable when there's a nice neighbour where you'r allowed to cross water ... also that can change from one day on another.

not explicit .. there can be a partly protected coastline,, while there are islands, resident owned parcels within view. Always check the scene closely.
It's totally like RL land/home sales .. if they tell you it's authentic, be warned for a ruin.
