Not really looking for sex ones.. Because all the different head makers weight the vertices in their heads differently and vary as to which bones they weight them to it is difficult to make animations that work across all heads. So, demo to see if they work with your head. Some will. I used it a bit when Genus' expressions were at their worst.While you don't have the flexibility of the Axis hud, you can mix and match the eyes and mouth expressions. If you go to their inworld store, you can demo the hud there to see if it something you like. Another option is the Black Dragon viewer. They have a built in poser that allows you to move all your bones around. Only you would be able to see it though, but it is a great option if you are using it for pictures. I second this. It's the HUD I use most of the time on both my avies when I want static expressions for shoots. I also have a different HUD that allows for more precise eye movement (since I can't be bothered to log over to BDW to shoot). Whilst the animations are a bit over the top in some cases with Genus, you can adjust how severe the expression is - and you can try the HUD for free at the store if you want to have a look first.
