offline IM

I have offline IM's set to go to my email ~~ why am i not recieving offline IM's ?  And why are messages capped inworld?

it's only wild guessing, because we don't know either...
could be your spamfilter
could be your isp.s spamfilter ( some isp's are simply stricter with some settings)
could be your email isn't verified (check at your account page)

because you only can get a limited amount of messages stored.

They being sent to your spam folder ?

ok ~ yes~ there they are  thank you both ! Now so if i want to reply it will go to that persons IM inworld? or to their email?

all depends how they have things set up and if they have reached their message cap already

If they are logged in, it will go direct to their IM.

If they are not logged in, and they have their own settings for IMs to go to email, it will go to their email. 

If they are logged in and they don't have it set up to go to email, it will be stored in their IMs for reading when they next log in. Or it will get capped, then they won't see it at all.
