The demand for the new homes still is greater than the number of new homes available, so it can still be difficult to get one of the newer ones. They are continuing to create more, there are small region releases several times a week, and there are people who may abandon one, so there are some available from time to time. There is a post in the Land: Linden Homes section of the forum which may be helpful for you: Also, you may want to check out the Knowledge Base article about the new homes, so that you will understand some of the differences from the old style Linden homes:
0 Parhelion Palou
Assuming you want to know what the change in rates for a premium account is: https://secondlife.com/premium/ has the information at the bottom of the page. It's $99 billed annually, $32.97 billed quarterly, $11.99 billed monthly.

At that time, if you want to stay Premium, you will have to pay the higher rate. Despite whatever rate you pay, as long as you are Premium, you can get a Linden Home. As was mentioned, demand is high and so currently the new homes are only popping up when someone abandons one or LL releases a new region of homes. Keep an eye on the threads in the Linden Home section of the forum.https://community.secondlife.com/forums/forum/357-linden-homes/
